Unmatched hospitality with stunning views of the firest and the mountains await for you. Spa is loaded eith many alternatives of Maasages, Turkish bath, heated indoor and outdoor pool seperated for adults and kids. Food is delicious, you have to ear at the Han restaurant by the mini lake and waterfalls. So many things to do for the kids too, zipline, the great wall of imbing and more. The staff is extremely helpful and diciplined. Very clean environment, one of hidden jewels of Turkey; Gazelle Resort & Spa will be our regular destination for sure.

Reviewed By EErdem2019The hotel is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone couples and families. We went there in spring. It was fabulous. There are rooms which have a jacuzzi in it. I advise to take a room with jacuzzi and while you have jacuzzi pleasure you may enjoy the view of the forest. Everything is nice very clean. It is far from the lake Abant but it is better while this makes the hotel quite silent. The breakfast was also good. Simply perfect!

Reviewed By IsraaAB88The staff are not helpful at all. The receptionist at the beginning didn’t even hear my request when I asked for a big room. I checked in for the New Years Eve and they give me a very small room and said that they can’t change it unless I pay extra 700 TL. The price is not worth it at all. My friends and I payed the same price and they got a room way bigger than us. Definitely I won’t do it again And I don’t advise anyone trying to change their mood and relax to hit such a place. There are other hotels in the area, people better check them instead of having a terrible experience here.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing facilities, but worst treatment by the staff
Reviewed By mdohajiWhile the hotel is beautiful with all kind of facilities you would think of, but the hotel staff treated us poorly. They need to understand that we are paying for our stay, and they’re not giving us any favors. They need to be trained on how welcome their guests and treat them with respect. In short, my stay would have been much more pleasant if the staff weren’t rude. Will certainly give it another try in the future, for the hotel facilities, not the staff.

Reviewed By Sevengül YLocation would please anyone who is looking for a quiet place stay. Room was clean, bed could have been more comfortable. Watch if you are booking for 3, cuz there is one double size bed and one fold up bed. The restaurant is convenient and they serve good food. All in all, was bot bad experience.
