Nice place very close to the beach
Reviewed By FreezingIrishWe where expecting the usual experience of a sea side town in the Netherlands - overly packed and way too busy. This Hotel is in a sleepy little sea side town, clean rooms, simple breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff. Easy to park there too.... great. The walls are paper thin so do please be considerate to your fellow travelers. (its not the Hotels responsibly its YOURS fellow inconsiderate travelers who insist on blasting your TV loud at mid night!)

Pleasant stay
Reviewed By RBH_12Nestled in the dunes of Bergen aan Zee is a modern but quaint hotel with nice accommodation, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location. We were able to park there and not pay the high price of town parking. We rented bikes and enjoyed the dunes, wild horses, sandy beach, and really good fresh fish and chips. Even though our stay was short, it was worthwhile.

Beautiful with some improvements
Reviewed By gillissgThe hotel and restaurant is extremely beautiful and looks very modern and almost has a artistic look and feel. But the next items seriously reduced the rating. The hotel room were not cleaned during the stay like in other hotels. They called it COVID precaution. We personally think it is more cost cutting. If you would like a latte macchiato at your breakfast, which option is standard at other hotels. Here you sadly have to pay extra. All other things about the breakfast were really excellent like fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, yoghurt, etc All of the staff were friendly and helpful except for one person. Parking at the hotel was arranged perfectly with a parking card for a small fee.

Magnificent building, old and outdated but authentic
Reviewed By 253traderHuize Glory is something special, you have to drive through a narrow road in the forest behind the dunes and only see the building at the last moment. Staff is helpful, but a bit strange as they all belong to some kind of Church. Food and drinks are decent, clean rooms, expect no ordinary tourists here. Close to the sea.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr strand- und dünennah, der kleine Supermarkt ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und, last not least, es ist herrlich ruhig. Unser Studio war gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Das Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne ist richtig groß. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und sehr serviceorientiert. Wir haben gleich für den Herbst gebucht, diesmal für drei Wochen!

Reviewed By lady_leafDie Unterkunft ist klasse! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich empfangen und ist immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Einziges Problem: es ist keine Klimaanlage da, sodass es im Sommer recht heiß wird, aber nach der ersten kühlen Nacht ist das auch kein Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert mit Hund. In dem kleinen Park hinter dem Haus kann man super schwimmen gehen und der Strand ist außerhalb der Badezeiten ein Paradies!

Reviewed By amidutchThe place is small, almost like living with people at their home, we had a nice small balcony, good fair priced breakfast, they did get especially for me some original dutch peanutbutter, clean and 3 min walking to the see. Really nice area, also Bergen, dunes to cycle, good beach bars etc. check it out. Enjoy.

Reviewed By Nomad64858505928Was a super Nice cozy clean and comfortable place to stay. Too close to the beach and the center of Bergen aan zee. Above everything the owner was super lovely and helpful. Everything was good organized, and we cloud park our car totally free .
