Lovely Hotel
Reviewed By mich31We stayed one night here as KLM put us up after a flight delay meaning we missed our connecting flight. It was so easy to catch the shuttle bus to the hotel and once there the check in staff were so nice. We checked into our room with no suitcases as they had to stay in the basement of the Airport till our next flight our phones were about dead and our adapters were in the suit case. The room has a smart TV so you can charge devises through this USB. The room was lovely we had vouchers for lunch and chose the burgers they were really nice. We would have loved to use the pool but had no swimwear with us. On arriving back in the room we had said it was our honeymoon and a lovely bottle of wine had been brought up. For dinner we had vouchers for the all inclusive restaurant so we could have as much beer wine and soft drinks and food there was so much choice and the wine was of a good quality to say it was included. We left the hotel in the morning before breakfast for our flight and we’re given a lovely breakfast bag. We could not fault this hotel in anyway and the the staff are a credit to it.

Reviewed By Paca998Great place. We only stayed one night to catch an early flight next day. Well presented property and rooms. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Front desk service was great and shuttle was on time. Very convenient to airport and recommended.

No refund/complementary discount in times of pandemic
Reviewed By julijan2021I never got to see the hotel as our visit was booked in march-april 2020, however the pandemic happened. And I paid a big sum for a group of people. It was a non refund ticket- but who could predict this pandemic? So they didn't refund me when requested. They said they can transfer it to September if I agree to PAY EXTRA ( which they forgot at the time I requested and it took some time to remind them) now it was still unsafe to travel in September so tjat had to be cancelled. I am giving this star because they didn't even give me a complementary voucher. I was saving those money for long time, I bought a non refund ticket as I thought I can save a bit, every little matters. Especially now in pandemic times. And they didn't do a partial refund, not even a blimin voucher given the circumstances of COVID... I couldn't write the review on booking.com so I am writing it here. I don't know how the place is, but I do know customer services are absolutely USELESS. Be very CAREFUL when booking with this place. Only book if you don't care if you'll lose your money as you will never see it back! Absolutely furious to this day. First time I experienced such a rubish attitude from customer service.

Reviewed By Jana BI visited Amsterdam in April and booked acommodation for one night. It is really near Schiphol Airport in beautiful neigbourhood, which is great for walks (and cycling, for sure ?). But best of all, landlord is most kind man that you can imagine ?. Place is nice, comfort and offers you best value for a price. I'm looking forward to next visit ❤️.

Reviewed By MeelouiL'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport. L'accueil agréable , la chambre au 8 ème étage agréable et fonctionnelle , rien d'exceptionnel mais pas déplaisante. Le buffet pour le diner est vraiment très complet , ily a le choix et tout le monde y trouve son compte, nous avons adoré.Le petit déjeuner était moins enthousiasmant car il manquait des fruits et surtout du jus de fruit de qualité.

Bon plan pour un long week-end sur Amsterdam
Reviewed By pixelleDMLes logements sont tellement chers dans le centre d'Amsterdam, que nous avons optés pour l'option hôtel proche de l'aéroport. Avec sa navette gratuite qui amène devant l'aéroport de Schiphol, on a pris le train qui relie l'aéroport au centre ville en 20 min et pour 5,5€ l'aller. Autrement agréable surprise que nous avons eus d'être surclassé en raison des tensions géopolitiques. Nous avons donc séjourné dans un appartement pour 4 personnes et qui offre un confort optimal pour un séjour sur Amsterdam. La literie était très bonne et l'ensemble de l'appartement était fonctionnel. Le prix est raisonnable pour ce type de logement. Les prestations que proposent cet établissement le sont aussi, notamment le Boeing à l'extérieur, la piscine ou le bar avec son rooftop. Une bonne astuce pour se loger à moindre coût sur Amsterdam en période estivale

Great rooms, amazing service
Reviewed By Mops DThis hotel was the perfect spot for my friends and I to stay in for our visit to Amsterdam. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and we paid the same amount for 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms that we would have for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in the center of the city. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and kind, especially the night-shift staff member, Peter. He was always willing to help my friends and I with anything we needed and had great recommendations for things to do in the city. While the hotel is not located in the central city, it's located in a cute village that's an 18 minute drive away from Amsterdam's main attractions and a 15 minute walk away from public transport options. There's also a small market in the lobby that has a selection of snacks. The only minor inconvenience with this hotel was that soap was not provided, so make sure to bring your own.
