Very bad price-ratio. Unprofessional staff in the reception
Reviewed By luciafirstIt has been our second time when we decided to visit the hotel and we’ve been extremely disappointed. First, we put a comment in our reservation that we are doing to the hotel for the second time and would like to have the same table for dinner which we had the first time. Nobody read our comment on the reservation and the man at the reception even asked us whether it’s the first time in the hotel. Maybe it’s better to read guest comments? Secondly, even though we came to the hotel for the second time, they gave us a room with on small window with a view of the road and parking space. The whole day sth has worked very loudly on the roof and it was extremely noisy in our room even with closed windows. So we asked to change the room. The man at the reception has changed the room but during check out, without notifying us he charged 150€ more for an “upgrade”. We were shocked. You just cannot do it at 4 stars superior hotel which costs a lot of money. Thirdly, in Therme Hotel they don’t have any slippers for the sauna and swimming pool. They said that don’t have it for many months because they have problems with deliveries. Well, why you are selling rooms at a high price in your hotel if you don’t have basic things? And why you didn’t notify guests in advance about it? Fourthly, for sauna and swimming pool they give ordinary white bath towel which is too small and thin for sauna and Swimming pool. On the top, they are too old. Why not provide big sauna towels to customers so that they can feel comfortable in the sauna? In the hotel room, they have only body lotion, no hair conditioner, no cotton pads and cotton swabs. This is not a level of 4 stars superior hotel in Austria. They charge high prices but cannot provide adequate and professional service. The only good thing was the food in the restaurant. The waiter in the Aquila bar has too much work and cannot satisfy all customers. We’ll not come again to the Romantik hotel. You have lost the customers because of your non-professionalism and greediness

Reception is friendly and helpful (as long as there is someone there) and the real stunner is the breakfast buffet. Rooms are functional, the "additional offers" of this hotel are limited. Overall, the hotel is overpriced

Reviewed By Rafal GI had a feeling that I sleep in the basement My room was located at the ground floor There was only tv on the wall, wardrobe and bed Big bathroom but it was so stuffy in the room I am sure you can find a better place And price absolutely not acceptable for that standard Good breakfast- the only reason for 2 dots

Great food
Reviewed By debbieg512Had a one night stop here whilst touring on a motorbike. Undercover parking in the car park. Room was comfortable and bathroom had a good powerful shower. The hotel is surprisingly large and the hallway and corridors do not do the hotel justice. The lady who I think was the owner was very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all it was incredible value for money.

Reviewed By hupet62Außerordentliche zuvorkommende und nette Vermieter, perfekt für unseren Radkurzurlaub! Der Hausherr hatte uns die E-Bike organisiert, am Haus führt direkt der Radweg vorbei. Gegenüber im Wirtschaftsgebäude konnten wir das Auto unterstellen und hatten den versperrbaren Radkeller mit Ladestationen. Nette Zimmer mit einer Aussicht auf eine Traumhafte Gartenanlage die zur Besichtigung einlädt. Mit einem Ausgezeichneten Frühstück auf der Terrasse konnten wir täglich perfekt in den Tag starten!
