Reviewed By Delphine_100I travel a lot for business and New Palace Hotel is the cleanest hotel I have found in Bac Lieu but it still as a lot to be desired!! But at least I don’t share my room with insects and creatures as other hotels I have tried in Bac Lieu!! It is supposed to be 5* but there Is never any hot water to shower at night or in the mornings!! Every time I check in I ask is there hot water to shower they always promise there is but it is not true!! Hot water is not a luxury!! The pillows are hard so cannot sleep well. The restaurant never as much food , I don’t know why they have a menu because they never have what you want. You end up asking ok tell me what you do have!!

Phù hợp với đoàn chúng tôi. Đoàn đông người nên đến nghỉ ngơi ở đây. Giá cả hợp lý. Cảm ơn khách sạn đã cho tôi đêm ngủ ngon lành. Dễ chịu.

Reviewed By hpnguyenThe hotel stays near the market, so there were many choices for us to choose what to eat. The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and the equipment was good. There were only 3 problems. Firstly, the door was not sound-proof, but it was still acceptable. Secondly, the breakfast menu had just a few of choices. And the last one was that low wifi. The others were all good. I may come back in the future.

Reviewed By surfdogs88I booked a small single room. And it was not so small after all. It comes with a table, chairs, a fridge, TV, AC, and a fan. Shower and toilet of course in a separate room. The bed is big and comfy. The best thing about the place is that it is really quiet at night. It is far enough from the street so you do not hear traffic. I had a great night's rest.
