Reviewed By LauraserenaThe information given by the receptionist was wrong so we had to pay a lot of more money for using the swimming pool. If you want to attend international tourists, please be sure that you can explain things properly at least in English.... It was a very uncomfortable situation.

Very happy with this guest house
Reviewed By stotty24We were looking for a guest house that was not too expensive and our friends recommended the Heritage Park. It is located about 1 mile from the centre of Arua but there there are plenty of taxis and bodaboda if wanted. Our room had high ceilings and a large double bed with mosquito net. Oddly, the ceiling light was located inside the net which is unusual. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were very firm. The shower had hot water. The breakfast was buffet style with an omelette cooked to order. Evening meals could be ordered and were good but expect quite a long wait between ordering your meal and receiving the freshly cooked food. There are comfortable places to sit outside which are either in the sunshine or shade if you prefer. We would be happy to stay again.

Reviewed By 679kathakThe room was nice and mostly quiet, breakfast average for Uganda, staff very friendly, all 3 days no hot water, but worst was the bathroom, so tiny that you could not even open the door fully to enter, I had to step into the shower to go around the door and enter the bathroom
