Reviewed By laylalaeWe chose the accommodation for one night when cycling around the Neusiedler lake. We didn´t expected much and it that case it was absolutely OK. The pension house serves also as a restaurant where several locals stopped by for their pizza take-away and I confirm that their pizza is really tasty. The room was clean and quiet except 2-3 times waking up in the night because of their lovely dogs barking. Apetlon is a small village with nothing special to do there so I would expect the accommodation to be cheaper but it seems that Neusiedler area is overall expensive.

High quality, superb taste and ambition in a remote region
Reviewed By tastebuddy-viennaThe Residenz was undoubtedly a discovery for us and we will definitely return. It scores in particular on its excellent taste in interior design (including impressive pieces of art on the wall) and the lush garden with a large heated pool. Owner/staff are extraordinarily friendly and we really felt like being in a rather special place. Rooms are spacious with high-quality beds (never to be underestimated!). The restaurant is inviting, offers a rich breakfast (room for improvement: add genuine natural cereals and cut back on the Kellogs standards) and a delicious dinner in style - weather permitting on the terrace. I would suggest though to get some choice into the menu (at least for the main course); after all, there is a lake nearby and there should be plenty of fish available. Finally, a price of € 60-65 for a four-course dinner with two vegetarian starters and a piece of cake for dessert is asking quite a lot and could be reassessed. This notwithstanding, Residenz Velich is an outstanding boutique hotel worth visiting. It will remain on our short list of wonderful places.

Gentilezza e attenzione per l'ospite
Reviewed By MARIO FHo viaggiato con mia moglie per percorrere la pista ciclabile del lago Neusiedler e la sistemazione si è rivelata strategica, permettendoci di lasciare quasi sempre l'auto ferma e partire dal B/B in bicicletta. La zona è molto tranquilla, adatta a persone che non cercano divertimenti o vita notturna. Struttura nuova, curata e pulita: offre 2 stanze doppie e 3 appartamenti con ampio giardino davanti, parcheggio gratuito e garage chiuso per le biciclette. Cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Nella colazione a buffet prevale il salato ma in ogni caso presenta un'ampia gamma di prodotti, tutti di qualità. La stanza è ampia con una doccia comoda, un grande frigorifero e l'aria condizionata. Wifi gratuito e con ottimo segnale. Una nota particolare per la padrona di casa, sempre gentile e disponibile, molto attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Di fatto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e lo conferma il voto massimo ma vorrei fare 3 segnalazioni, forse utili per migliorare il già elevato standard della struttura: - la stanza è dichiarata insonorizzata ma la presenza di una porta comunicante con l'appartamento di fianco ne vanifica di fatto l'intenzione, in quanto dalla porta passano rumori e si sente anche parlare. A noi è andata bene perchè i vicini erano educati ma se ci sono ospiti che disturbano è un'altro discorso. - il lavandino del bagno è decisamente scomodo causa il mobiletto soprastante che ne rende difficoltoso il suo utilizzo per lavarsi. - il nostro letto pur comodo, cigolava ad ogni movimento, anche minimo.

The winery and guest house Markus Tschida is located directly at the famous Neusiedlersee bike path, only a few minutes walking from the romantic bathing ponds and the nature park. The culinary highlights of Apetlon are also within easy walking distance. The newly renovated guest rooms with direct access to our green garden merge modern technical equipment with the romantic flair of our family-run bed and breakfast. Our 4 ground floor rooms (3 double rooms and one family room) with a total of 10 beds (separate bedrooms in the family room) are located in a quiet but central location. All rooms are equipped with shower / WC and SAT-TV. On the breakfast terrace you can enjoy your breakfast from the rich buffet on handmade chairs made of wine barrels. The adjoining shaded wooden terrace with loungers invites you to relax. Our green courtyard with shady meadow, hammock and children's playground is ideal for our younger guests.

Reviewed By wolframl117Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Fleischhacke ist unübertroffen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch im Bad gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Klimaanlage war in unseren heißen Urlaubstagenagen der Garant für kühle Nächte. Die Fahrräder sind gut untergebracht und Werkzeug ist vorhanden. Der Weinkeller ist ein Highlight. Wir haben fast jeden Abend einen neuen Wein probiert und die besten mit nach Hause genommen.

Reviewed By 168carstenhWir haben eine Woche in dieser stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit unserer Familie verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Austattung ist sehr hochwertig, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage bietet auch an heißen Tage wohltuende Abkühlung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist von einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten umgeben. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich mehrere sehr gute Gaststätten, die fussläufig zu erreichen sind.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich und zaubert eine fantastisches Frühstück. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Peaceful, clean, nice host

The apartment has two large bedrooms, spacious bathroom and one large living room and a kitchen with all necessary amenities. The hosts are very nice and decent people. Above all the best impression is the cleanliness of the whole facility. We will certainly visit this place again.
