You have to ask for recommendations because that’s how people are sometimes, if you don’t speak they can’t read your mind. It is very close to supermarkets and about 16 minutes walking to the city center. Would come again, it’s good to note that they have capsule rooms,

Spacious rooms, fairly pleasant staff, but they do not speak your language, as advertised on Booking. Be warned about their “no shoes in dorm” policy and bring cash too.

Reviewed By Kinu1205とても清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーです。ホステルは土足で入れませんので、スリッパのご用意を(もしくは買えます)。 歩いて10分しないところに、6:00-26:00まで開いているビクトリアВикторияというスーパーがあり(カリーニングラード駅隣)食料買ってキッチンで食べることもできます。ケーニヒスベルク大聖堂や川沿いへは歩いて15-20分ほどです。 夜洗濯乾燥機も使わせてくれて、洗濯乾燥それぞれ100RUBです。アイロンもあります。 空港送迎タクシーも、yandexというUber的なタクシーアプリと値段ほぼ変わらず、運転手さんもとてもいい方でした。 また泊まりたいです！ Really clean and cozy hostel. Don’t forget bringing slippers as hostel is not allowed to get in with shoes (or you can buy them in hostel). There is a hypermarket called Victoria Виктория by nice less than 10 min walk from hostel. Train station is also next to the hypermarket. You can buy yummy local foods and enjoy it in hostel. Königsberger cathedral and other must - to - see points are around 15-20 min walk from the hostel. Laundromat is available during night time. Cost was 100RUB each for washing / drying. We asked taxi via hostel from/to airport. Cost is almost same as it’s of car service app (like yandex), and driver is really nice person. We miss him. If I have another chance to come to Kaliningrad, definitely, I will stay this hostel again!

Crazy Dog Hostel - is a modern, cozy, comfortable hostel in the heart of Kaliningrad. We are located in the city district - Maraunenhof. The area is near the downtown and close to all landmark of the city. Beautiful promenade and park are close to the hostel.

Not far from city center (Fisherman's village or the Cathedral about 15 minutes to walk) . Homelike accommodation (slippers're offered just at the entrance). Frendly stuff (and they take care about common properties). Definetely recommend for all-kind travelers (back-packers, romantic and young couples, any kind of groups to travel and hang-outs, single piligrims are also well served)

KD Hostel is located in the very center of Kaliningrad. The seesights are situated near by the hostel. City transport as well as long-distance transportation are 5 minutes walk from KD Hostel. Our hostel will provide you with a shared kitchen, free wi-fi, laundry and 24-hour reception desk. In the morning our administrator prepares free coffee for our guests.

"Very Center" hostel - inexpensive and comfortable accommodation in the center of Kaliningrad! Guests are provided with: free Wi-Fi throughout the hostel, lockers in each room for all guests, secured lockers in the lobby. A computer is installed in the public area. Did not enjoy their “no shoes in hostel” policy, hence the overpowering odour of smelly socks in the room itself, and opening of windows helped just a little.

Reviewed By noushindiesiraeReally clean and quiet, although doesn't have the social vibe. No one from the staff speaks English, so if you don't know any Russian it might be tricky. The receptionist that we met first was a sweetheart, but the rest of the staff wouldn't bother to reply to simple "hello". Cheap price tho. Oh, the Wifi works... ocassionally.

Reviewed By lsdourteI loved this hostel! I stayed in two different rooms during my time in Kaliningrad. Both rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. The owners/staff are fantastic, going above and beyond everytime I saw them. The grounds are beautiful. It is a bit away from where I was visiting, but taxis are cheap and come quickly. Loved this hostel, will be staying here whenever I am in Kaliningrad!
