They speak English, that’s very important, since in small city in Hungary it is not easy to find. They have parking inside, good breakfast. Room was clean and bathroom to. Soft bed. There was an A/C in the room.

Reviewed By Robert MA szállásadóink és a szállásunk minősége kiváló. A szállásadóink kedvesek, figyelmesek és segítőkések.Bárimely problémánkal foglalkoztak amivel fordultuk feléjük. A környékbeli látnivalókat és éttermeket amiket ajánlottak azok mind jók voltak. Mindenki ilyen vendéglátókat szeretne megismerni mint Ők. Akik nem tolakodóan segítőkészek, de amikor kell akkor mindig lehet rájuk számítami. A szállás az a leírtaknak megfelelő, nincs semmi eltúlozva. Tiszta kulturált, a vendégháznak megfelelően van felszerelve. A wií-fi az tényleg jól működik. Aki a csendet, a tiszta hegyi levegőt és a nyugalmat vagy a kellemes túrázásokkat kedveli, az itt megtalálja egy szép környezetben. Köszönjük a szép hétvégét az eltöltött időt

Very nice and quiet place
Reviewed By 953jakubdIn our apartment everything was very good! Quiet location, very nice service and clear, large rooms! Free parking and fast signal WiFi. Great place for family. Hutasorii Guesthouse is the best place for spend time close to Kekes Mountain.

Reviewed By Levendulafa9Aki kicsit mást akar, aki egy kicsit különlegesebbet, annak mindenképp ajánlom. Csendes helyen, szuper kilátással, modern és vintage egy helyen, kedves házigazdákkal, igazán pihentető hétvégét lehet itt eltölteni. Ajánlom télen-nyáron is. A kert különösen gondos és szép, forró dézsa fürdővel és tómedencével, nyárikonyhával. A képek önmagukért beszélnek. Köszönjük a vendéglátást, ha Miskolc fele járunk, biztosan visszatérünk még ide!

Reviewed By SzaboAkosElhelyezkedése jó, gyalog illetve motorral is. A parkolási lehetőség, a wifi, a becsületkasszás kávé mind mind plusz. Igényesen berendezett szoba, jó illatú ágynemű. Visszamegyünk majd még, ha Eger felé vesszük az irányt :)

Jól felszerelt, kényelmes szállás
Reviewed By Csilla FPárommal hosszú hétvégét töltöttünk itt túrázási céllal. A ház központi fekvésű. A szoba kényelmes, saját fürdőszobája van, csendes, erdőre néző. A vendégeknek 2 konyha áll rendelkezésére, nagyon jól felszerelt. A vendéglátó kedves, segítőkész. Máskor is szívesen visszatérünk.

Reviewed By CsigabiguIgazi autentikus régi parasztház, hagyományos, faragott bútorokkal, szövetekkel. Szuper autentikus, aki az ilyet szereti, imádni fogja!! A ház vastag falainak köszönhetően nyáron kellemesen hűvös. Gondozott füves kert, sütögetőhely és nyári konyha is tartozik a házhoz. A közelben egy halastó, amely kiváló fürdőzésre is. Baráti társaságoknak kifejezetten ajánlom!

Fake kindness, noisy apartment (#2)

About apartment #2: the shower curtain is too short, which is why the whole bath is flooded even after a short shower. The water heater and the water pipes running in the house are extremely noisy during operation / use. The sliding door of the bath does not run in the lower guide, luckily it cannot fall due to the design of the upper rail. Storing clothes and belongings is possible in 1 (yes, one) piece of old medical cabinet. It’s charming in nature, fits the environment, but unfortunately extremely few. In the „summer kitchen“, in the beginning of September, it's still okay to have a morning coffee - the apartment only has an induction hob - but it wouldn't be a world-shattering thing to get an adapter or a coffe pot for an induction hob. Being an old house, the sound insulation leaves something to be desired, to put it mildly. We booked our accommodation here for several days, but after the first night we were forced to leave. It happened that the noise of the people in the apartment above us seemed to rumble in our apartment due to the old ceiling, even though they didn't do folk-dancing, they just simply walked around in their flat. Specifically, lying in our bed, we felt it vibrate. All this until 2 in the morning. The next morning we mentioned the problem to the landlady in a human tone, and that we would leave after 1 instead of the planned 3 days. Until then, the honey-glazed attitude immediately changed to passive-aggressive. She claimed that this has never happened before, no one has ever complained about it (spoiler: yes, they did, she even replied to reviews written on various pages, but unfortunately we only noticed these afterwards), now how to cancel the reservation on booking.com, she must pay the commission fees for 3 days for Booking.com, etc. We offered to help her, that we call booking.com, and help arrange things, but she let it go. Nor did she suggest that she might speak to the guests in the apartment upstairs to be quieter, or any solution. We asked if we could possibly swap ours for another apartment, if there was possibly an empty one, but there was supposedly full house. At this pointshe stormed away, calculated the “20% commission for 3 days,” added the one-day fee, and then announced the amount to be paid. At this point, we were like, never mind, let's just get out of here. In retrospect, it made sense why she insisted on making a subsequent cash payment instead of a forward payment, I don’t think this was the first such case. We paid, she asked when will we leave, we told him that in half an hour, we said goodbye and then thanked her for the opportunity. She turned her back on us, muttering, “No problem. Well, I guess yet there is a problem; You!” We haven't even left the yard, the email has already arrived stating that the landlady has canceled the booking on booking.com. So much for that, now we can't write a review. (Applause, curtains.) Anyway, it’s in an ideal location, practically on the edge of downtown, but for understandable reasons, I can’t recommend it with a calm heart.
