Spectacular stay in Oriana Suites
Reviewed By 617JohannaWe had wonderful time at Oriana Suites. Everything was simply perfect: the location, staff and their hospitality and of course the room. Location at very centre of Verona and only few steps from Arena & Piazza Bra and couple of more from Via Mazzini and Piazza Erbe was just amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and they helped us every time we needed something with big smile and heart-warmed friendliness. And the room? With one word: spectacular! If you want something extra from your stay, book Deluxe Suite from top floor! Wow! Elegantly decorated, extremely clean and huge room with two bathrooms - one of them had even right access to balcony (!) What a lovely way to start your morning by taking a shower door open so you can have all the sunshine and sounds of birds with you. At evening we enjoyed listening sounds of the concert coming from Arena at over huge balcony. We could not have asked for more! We loved every second at this hotel and Verona!

Reviewed By donaldjohn1945We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying in this renovated monastery. The conversion to a hotel was done effectively while keeping the historic features intact. The room was spacious and modern; however, there was no TV or telephone (maybe a blessing). Very quiet at night. The breakfast was good and the croissants were very tasty and fresh. The young lady attending to the breakfast area was attentive and thorough in keeping the continental breakfast supplied. Alexsandro, the front desk manager was extremely helpful in arranging an early morning wake-up call by the night manager since there were no telephones in the room. Much appreciated! Quite reasonable and charming. Many thanks to all of the staff for such a memorable stay.

Central apartment for long weekend
Reviewed By Mary RBeautiful modern apartment. Great access as a disabled person. The Piazza Dei Signori is very central with two great restaurants outside the door. The apartment had a coffee machine and coffee (a bonus). The management team were very helpful and the apartment decor fab.

The gardens are stunning, the pool is amazing, rooms are lovely and this family run accommodation exudes tranquility. Highly recommend

Unusual access but spacious apartments right in the heart of the city
Reviewed By HarbourbridgetopumprStayed for two nights in a family group of 8, and hired two apartments at the San Theodore Palace. By reading previous reviews we knew the check in was via the Hotel Ai Reali Di Venezia, which worked superbly as we arrived by water taxi from the airport, using the canal entrance to the hotel. We were greeted by extremely helpful hotel staff, who after checking us in took us to the apartments, a short walk from the Ai Reali. The apartments are entered from a very small lane, and then using the lifts and stairs within the building. This is a bit quirky, due to the apartments being serviced by one of two staircases. However the apartments were both great, with the two bedroom apartment being exceptionally spacious! Best thing is their location, just behind the Rialto Bridge, so it is a great base for walking everywhere.

Reviewed By Leif J12 May 2020 ..... so about 15 months ago we booked a hotel to ensure a good hotel room with a good view of the lake. then we get a view of a large olive tree in front of the window. We have visited the place before and therefore we would come here again. Disappointed with probably the hotel's probably worst located apartment, next door to the reception. Thank you ? When we arrive there are 2 cars parked on info parking, so we have to stay illegally while we waited 20 minutes for expedition at the reception ...... and those cars are still parked where you can stay for 15 minutes !! ! Disappointed

Its twenty five apartments are divided into 3 different categories, according to guests' wish. All the apartments are fully equipped and very comfortable.

Reviewed By Shay SWe took the exectuvie appartement which include 2 big bed rooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. The balcony has access from all the rooms. The place is wide and give a filling of house. The location is the best in the region, 15 minutes to Gardaland with traffic and 4 minutes to highway.

Reviewed By Elena-GioiaResidence Eleonora is a fine accommodation in Sottomarina. There are rooms and apartments (stayed in both). All the comforts are there. The guests have free access to the beach where they are provided with a little storage/dressing cabin (you can leave your stuff there, and there are also a table, 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds). Every day you find a plate with fruit in your room. There is also a coffee machine for your use and a mini bar. Everything works fine: air conditioning, water. And the host, Alessandro, is the most welcoming, hospitable person. He will help you in choosing a good restaurant, advising on what to see, where to go, and if you have any needs or issues he will definitely help you in resolving them. Breakfast is served in a pizzeria around the corner - and it is a very good breakfast with cheese, ham, juice, yogurt, fruit. The charming Chiara will make you a great cappuccino.
