Reviewed By mateusz15w40I was visiting thus Hotel once, just for 1 night. Hotel is really clean, everything is brand new in the room. Bed was really big and comfortable. Kitchen in my room were equiped in everything what you can imagine. And this was the problem- when you are looking for pleasant stay for 1 week and you are planning to cook and eat in hotel room it is your place. But if not, it might be a problem. They don't have restautant in the hotel in which you can eat a breakfast- you have to go 100 meter away in the morning to have small, but tasty portion.

Perfect location for a restaurant with german food
Reviewed By gersonv180We just went to the restaurant and did not sleep here. The food is typically german and a little grandma style. Lots of meat and little side dishes. A bit salty too. We did not totally get what we ordered according to the menu, but it was overall good. The service is super kind and the german gemutlichkeit is typical.

Germany is my preferred holiday destination. This time I had a big shock, the comments and photos about this place must be FAKE. The only truth is about the localization. It's a very uncomfortable place on the ground floor. Like it was a garage this "apartment" was surrounded with a lot of bikes, baby carriages, etc all in the passage.(look at the pics I've put here) When I arrived the key collection was not as informed via Booking.com (slick key code automatic entrance, key inside). Two small girls were playing outside, then one told me that she was the daughter of the owner. It was between the check-in times quoted and I'd sent an email before to tell the owner about my arrival time. A long time later the girl went inside and came back with a key. I wasn't confident to receive a key from a child under 12 years old so I called the owner, to ask about the code and key etc. She told me different stories, non of which made sense, then told me to wait until she eventually arrived. At last she arrived, very strange, no apologies for all the lies, and inconvenience. When inside, I detected it was a trap. The mattress must have been decades old, the pillow was horrible, bed covers all old. The street is very narrow and it feels like passing cars are driving inside the apartment, no chance to sleep. You can hear all the pedestrians talking when they walk in the street. The window is very low, you can jump to go in or outside. She said that they live behind. The small bedroom has a transparent, short, old curtain in front of the window which is very, very close with some strange people. Of course, I called her to say I won't stay there. I waited only until the next morning when I was able to find a hotel. The city was full of tourists, so I could only find one available on the outskirts, but it was better than staying in this dump. I stayed one night in that hotel and managed to find a nice hotel in the centre for my remaining time, which is where I am now. So guys, I suggest you take care about some fake comments here and others on this web site. It's a big trap.

Good location, but dissatisfying shower
Reviewed By FriemensI spent one night in the apartment that's on the top floor of the house. The house is very central, so that you can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Since the house is located in a courtyard, it is still quiet. One has to walk 3 stairs, as there is no elevator. So try to avoid big and heavy suitcases. In the narrow courtyard there are some but very narrow parking lots for the guests. The apartment is sufficiently large and nicely decorated. There is a refrigerator and a small stove but no dishwasher, which was no problem for an overnight stay. The big problem was the in itself big and nice shower, as both the water pressure (too low) and the water temperature were not great - the latter fluctuated quite extremely. Therefore I cannot award more than 3 stars.

Reviewed By MasoorDalDie FeWo Hummelshof liegt etwas außerhalb von Pottenstein in einer ruhigen Lage. Ein Golfplatz ist auch nur ein paar Meter weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist großzügig mit allem, was man so braucht (inkl. Fön) und hatte auch eine Terrasse. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war der morgendliche Brötchenservice. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Reviewed By Leo Feine wirklich fünf-Sterne Ferienwohnung. Es fehlt an nichts, große geräumigig Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, Wäsche genügend vorhanden. Eigener PKW-Stellplatz, Saune, kleiner Firnessraum, Brötchenservice. Zu Fuß bis zum Ortszentrum 5 Minuten. Sehr nette freundliche Gastwirte.
