Good location. Excellent staff
Reviewed By PC1955Good location, excellent staff. Good for extended stays. Room and facility very clean. Adequate covered parking. Food and shopping within a short walk. Not a typical hotel, with usual hotel services, but a good value in a central location. The building is connected to the hospital, and provides housing for staff, as well as some nightly rentals.

Ideal base for seeing the Isaan area
Reviewed By Paul BI stayed for 2 weeks with my Thai fiancée, we were both very happy with the hotel. The price is very good for what you get, the breakfast is more than ample, the place it's at is good for access to many areas of NE Thailand. If you rent a car, the car park is a good size and fairly secure. Nong Prajak park is an easy walk away, for an early morning exercise walk, which is very popular, and also for the fri and sat night markets.

Reviewed By Fantastic MThe hotel is in the city. So very easy to walk around and shopping. The staff is good very friendly and service is ok. The room is perfect but my friends's room smell not good and we have to change the room. Overall is good stay. Would recommend this hotel. Fair price not too much expensive

Reviewed By Brian888KLThe Room is A simple Design and comfortable bed and pillow.The Room Clean was top tip The Hotel was really Great location and Walking distance to Bus terminal and 7 eleven , Massage Centre,Central plaza was close and About 10 min only .If you want Went to UD Town and train station only 25 min However,The only want to comment About the Reception staff ENGLISH limited and make up Room supposely to be done before 12 PM as stated At Reception but their delay when we Back.There is no kettle At Room and we cant Do HOT Drink and ONE of the old ladies -Mother of this hotel mention we only Can get After 7 am and we are not allowed to take HOT Water even I want Drink My own coffee.Just only HOT Water (Less price ) should Give to customer when we need.OMG ??.Its really not Good customer service and really understand us Please ensure provide kettle every Room and only saw Hairdryer At Room

TripAdvisor map fail but a nice place anyway
Reviewed By tyanassiYeah, not walkable to any where, the map has been manipulated to show this place as much closer to town than it is. It's a really nice place, good value , friendly staff, but if you don't have wheels you can add a few hundred baht for tuktuks back and forth from town. Otherwise no complaints. Make sure you know how to explain where it is because the tuktuk drivers in town won't know.

Loud and dingy
Reviewed By ddeeeeWriting this from the room here. The main problem I had here was the quality of service, and maybe the sad reality of the place compared to the favorable reviews I saw when booking. I know Thailand can be kind of loud so when I checked in, I specifically asked for a QUIET room, preferably on the top floor. The man was a bit surly and told me there were no rooms on the top floor but said my room would be quiet. So far from the truth. The restaurant/bars directly outside my room were noisy until late at night, and the LOUD construction work (also right outside my room) started early the next morning. I also am pretty sure there are rooms available on the top floor, the man just didn’t want to take me up there. That’s fine as I could have found it on my own but laziness is a stupid reason to provide poor service. In general the facilities are a bit run down and dingy. This is not a good value at all.

Das einzig gute ist die Lage von dem hotel die is ruhig nicht an der Hauptstraße die Mitarbeiter sind höflich aber können kaum englisch

Reviewed By capsicum0620Rooms and public areas reek of cat urine and the room itself, with a tiny window and obviously cleaned in a haste, was infested with mosquitoes. Definitely not a good choice of an hotel, evwn for a one night stay. Many other properties of much better value have very recently opened in the vicinity. Good to keep in mind...
