This hotel prefers to lose a customer
Reviewed By kaan_rWe booked two rooms and arrived at the hotel a bit before noon. The reception told us that checking in before 2pm would incur a fee of 100 THB per hour per room. We asked if they could kindly give us the rooms as obviously there were not fully booked. We ended up by going to a nearby hotel where they accepted us to check in before 2pm without additional charge. That’s it, this hotel preferred to lose two rooms instead of arranging a more pleasant moment for guests.

Friendly and good price
Reviewed By miladymamoExcellent for this price. Clean room and nice staff. For location from here took a taxi just 10 minutes to airport and downtown. The hotel has 24 hrs. coffee , hot drink and bread for free. You can eat any time. There are also some frozen food sold here but the restaurant and market is just 100 meter away. So you can make your choices.

Reviewed By davidsheekeyThe wifi did not work for the two day duration of my stay and despite several claims that the problem had been fixed it continued to not work. What really angered me was me having to pay for a room (for my friend who was staying with me) I did not ask for , and did not want. Any misunderstanding was the fault of the hotel management. No offer of recompense hence I shall stay elsewhere in future having been a frequent customer of this hotel in the past.

Good and Conveniet
Reviewed By Mike CWe booked here on our first trip to Khon Kaen looking for some affordable accommodation close to the Lake. The place is relatively new and set up for Business Travellers locally in Thailand we suspect. Nevertheless its clean with a great bathroom and comfy beds and aircon. The location is down a laneway close to the lake. Its not in the main part of the city but we are avid walkers so easily made the trip walking to local markets and restaurants. There are eating places close by and a good bar in the Sunset Bar within walking distance.The staff managed by Pepsi were very helpful and also rang the car rental company to come and do the paper work along with the car. There are a couple of things we would like to see added. Firstly they need a good local map showing resaturants and bars especially for us travelling foreigners! Secondly its set up as an apartment with a small kitchen both it doesn't have any appliances or cooking utensils which is very odd given its purpose. Thirdly given the location it would have been nice to have an area with a bar / lounge area to relax in at the end of the day. We are seeing this through our western eyes and locals might have other needs maybe. Overall we liked the accommodation would stay there next time visiting this part of Thailand.

A Pleasant Place to stay in Khon Kaen
Reviewed By David BI stayed for 2 nights at the Convenience Hotel on a business trip and enjoyed the experience. My room had AirCon, flatscreen TV, bathroom, a shower with a Hot Water Heater, two beds each with sheets and a warm blanket and the room had a small balcony overlooking the front parking lot. The bed was firm and if you like a thick, foam pillow you're in luck! Breakfast is available from 6:00-10:00a. There is a wide variety of Thai food as well fruits, bread, coffee and tea. There is a station for making fried eggs and the head chef was kind enough to make me an omelet each morning! The front office staff are pleasant and do a good job, as do the housekeeping staff. Check out took about 1 min.! The walls between the rooms are not well sound-proved so I could faintly hear the sounds of the TV in the next room through the wall. But it was not a distraction nor did it keep me from sleeping well. If I were to return to Khon Kaen I would certainly consider staying here again.

Freundliches Personal, Bewachung. Nachteil: sehr harte Matratze, kein Frühstück. Mit Auto ist man schnell in der City. Aktuell bezahlt 550 Baht.

Reviewed By ภัทศา นสิ้นสุดการรอคอยหลังจากเลงๆไว้หลายทีละว่าจะมาลองพักที่นี้ดูสักครั้ง ในราคา300กว่าหากจองผ่านอโกด้าราคาไม่เกิน400ซะที!! ราคานี้กับห้องประมาณนีุ้ืนับว่าค่อนข้างคุ้มค่า แต่แอบตินิสนุงเรื่องควาสะอาดของห้องที่ไม่เรียบร้อยเท่าไหร่และตูัเย็นมีกลิ่นแรงแถมมีขวดน้ำจากแขกที่พักก่อนหน้ายังคาตู้เย็นไว้ให้อีก55+ แต่ถ้าเทียบกับราคานี้ได้เท่านี้แถมwifiแรงเริ่ด+ทีวี32นิ้วจอแบนโตชิบ้าก็ถือว่าอ่ะเครสุดๆแว้ว
