Great Location at a great price
Reviewed By stewartv72We booked a 2 bedroom apartment through AirBnB, which was a 3rd of the price if you book through the Resava website. This makes it very affordable for what you are getting. We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 kids (8 & 3) and it really was a home away from home, albeit in Paradise! The apartment had everything we needed to live comfortably - good kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, 2 TV's, spa on balcony - oh yes, the balcony with views over all of Karon and sunsets to die for. The steep climb to the apartment from the main road will test those with mobility issues or those who are not fit, but it won't kill you and we did it a few times. But where we could, which was often, we used the free tuktuk shuttle service provided by the apartment complex which would take you anywhere in Karon within a reasonable distance, and with a call to the office they will pick you up also. It operates between 9am and 6pm. A tuktuk from the beach to the apartment (up the hill) is 200bht, so it is a really convenient location. All amenities are close by, with 7/11 and family mart and massages within 5min. TukTuk service will take you and pick you up also. The 2 pools are great, especially the infinity pool with amazing views over Karon. For a family or group of friends, staying here is ideal if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Patong - which is only 10min away on TukTuk (400bht). It is up on the hill, away from the noise but views to die for. Again, I rented from AirBnB and got a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the ocean for a great price. I can't talk about the other apartments, but if staying here, you definitely want ocean views.

Reviewed By Kate NAwesome quiet place to stay, 5 min ride to Kata beach and supermarkets just down the road. Apartment self contained and has everything you need. Glen & Noi are lovely and very helpful. They even have motorbikes to rent which I recommend as there is a steep hill and hence the name ‘Mountain Seaview’.

Very Bad customer service
Reviewed By chairat83I have a friends, whom to stay in this place. I want to make a surprise for them for there birthday, very simple. I planned to prepare everything by myself, from them just need to delivery to the room in the morning. I tried to contact by the number from their official wen site. 1st number lady try to reject, even did listen careful what I tired to explain, after she said she s not reception and gave me number of reception. thank you for this. but for this number no one pick-up phone, never. as on web site have one more mobile number, I tried to call there, 1st man pick up my call, said me to wait 5 minutes and after drop my call. I tried to call back several time, but they reject all the time and after just ignore it. so, its mean you cannot count to get any service from them, they not able to help at all. after you paid money, they will forget you. very sad to meet this situation in the land of smile.

Reviewed By Companion21872393609I can recommend the hotel without exception, the room is top, well equipped, comfortable, has everything you need even tea and coffee is available. Everything is new and very modern. The service is impeccable and stands's very helpful, very friendly staff in all areas. The location is ideal there is everything you need shopping restaurants cafes and also the beach is less than 10 min away. The location is very quiet. The breakfast I could enjoy in the neighboring hotel right next to also very tasty and varied. Anytime I like to came back.

Garage Room
Reviewed By parkrenWe spent 3 nights in the garage. There are 2 units that are basically in the parking garage. Rooms are spacious and relatively comfortable, but the view from the windows is into the basement parking garage. The woman who checked us in was unbelievably sour and behaved like we had inconvenienced her by booking in there. No hospitality to speak of. The pool was also green when we got there. A very strange experience.

Reviewed By Allan SAlthough the hotel needs a little bit of a make over our recent 13 night stay was excellent, comfortable big bed, decent air conditioning, fridge ,safe and kettle, the bathrooms were where the refurbishment was needed most although again always plenty of hot water,we were room only and only tried breakfast once which again was fine, the rooms were cleaned to a good standard and towels changed daily, location is about 10 minutes walk to beach but close to some very nice restaurants, the best part about the hotel were the staff always smiling and ready to help with any problems, thanks for a lovely stay

Reviewed By Stephen Hwe booked a three night stay at this hotel through booking.com. I booked a twin room for two males. on arrival at the hotel they said the room was fully booked and offered us a double bed. not what we wanted or booked. after requesting the hotel to find other accommodation or speak to the manager both was refused. we had no other option but to take the room for the night because it was late. I slept on the floor while my friend had the bed. the hotel was disgusting and full of green mould throughout the room. we was promised that the manager would meet us in the morning and promised a twin room for the next two nights. we went to reception in the morning and no manager in site. the receptionist phoned him and we was threatened with police action if we didn't pay in full. we waited for the police( no way are they intimidating me) and guess what none of them showed up. then we was told the room we requested was fully booked up and if we left we would not be charged for the two remaining nights. we did it want to stay because of the state of the hotel and the way we was treated. only to find out after we booked alternative accommodation that the hotel had charged us for the full three nights. we went back to the hotel and requested the room we booked and payed for only to be told the hotel had no room available and was fully booked. so the hotel made double the money. the hotel was full of mould and had the musty smell. the towels was torn and the paint and plaster flaking off the walls. the only good thing was the location. I advise anyone to not book these apartments or use booking.com. I've seen better dog kennels. I've got all the pictures of the cell if you would like to see them. please book alternative accommodation elsewhere
