Reviewed By HermanG170A hidden gem. We have been going there fir years and are always surprised by the excellent service and impeccable upkeep of this hotel. Rooms are well sized and the whole feel of the hotel is welcoming, relaxing and efficient. The breakfast is a real feast.

Reviewed By Elizabeth PWe were a family of 5 adults and one child visiting From Canada. We had three rooms. The apartment on the upper floor was the best. It was very spacious and comfortable, super clean . The owner was very helpful. I forgot my bag coming from the airport and she was able to track it down for me. The beds were very comfortable and everything exceeded our expectations.

The apartment has everything you need for your staying: equipped kitchen with oven, ac, washmachine, TV and all is brand new. Nero d'avorio aparthotel has reception, parking lot and a lovely swimming pool. You may need a car or public buses to explore cities around.I tried to leave in advance my apartment here for personal reasons but unfortunately this request could not be satisfied.

Musicconcert with many visitors. No Parking place because of all the many visitors (se have paid for it). A Very dirty swimming pool and area. No recommendation from us. Reviewed By 537johniOur stay with the studio vita team was great, with a very informative agent greeting us to hand us the keys to our apartment. Valerio handed us a map and a great summary of places to go and eat and see in Bologna. The accommodation was amazing, with very good amenities and a spacious and comfortable living space. On the last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage with them the whole day. Finally, we were struggling to find taxis to the airport in the evening after check out and the team found us two taxis so quickly and gave us clear instructions on where to wait and how long the taxis would be. It was so over and above, which was greatly appreciated.

Reviewed By SmeraldorossoFeeling duped but free after being suckered into making an online reservation with Dimora'800. We arrived 2 days ago after pre booking the onsite private parking @ 9 euros extra per night. The parking was in a cramped tandem undercroft after 10mins of carefully parking in the tightest spaces...with much luggage after a month long trip before our departure out of Venice Marco Polo. My poor husband dragged all the luggage up 5 narrow steep flights of stairs to our room which actually was a converted attic...with a low heavy wooden beam across half of the room...another challenge in the dark. When we tried to discuss our options with the check in girl...she said no problem you can leave but you must pay first...?. Having already reached the attic with all the bags we reluctantly decided to stay. We supposedly had a private terrace adjoining our family room...which it turns out was really just a smoking area for the rest of the accommodation guests most of all were students. In a nutshell this place is perfect student accommodation and IS NOT for anyone else...unless you love steep hikes, smelly torn carpeted stairs, windowless rooms, leaky showers & taps, old cigarette butts, no free coffee and low hanging wooden overhead beams.

COVID-19 precautions implemented giving a safe feeling with 2 exceptions: 1. Entertainment staff working as if COVID-19 does not exist. No social distancing, personal contact and close proximity is not what someone expects in the actual situation. 2. Beach bar and restaurant- staff working without masks is a disrespect for the safety of the customer. Asked why mask regulations are not followed was answered “.. it is too warm and inconvenient..”. “.. No great risk as there were not much infections in the region..”. What an ignorance ignoring the well-being of customers! Didn’t visit afterwards as other (safe) alternatives exist in Pomposa.

Reviewed By giornataestivaUna notte passata al centro di Bologna, un bellissimo palazzo proprio sotto alle due Torri...la vista infatti merita proprio, così come la posizione, proprio vicino a tutto, io personalmente ho aperto un po' la VELUX fatto una bella doccia fresca e una bellissima dormita. Unica pecca la mattina la lavanderia industriale alle 6.40 ha scaricato le lenzuola pulite, purtroppo proprio davanti alla nostra camera e si è sentito del rumore, però capisco le dinamiche del lavoro,quindi poi una buonissima colazione al bar di sotto, poi di nuovo in giro. Complimenti per il vostro lavoro e se ci sarà l'occasione torneremo...Bologna è bellissima.
