Waste of money and uncomfortable
Reviewed By oceanhunter1 Would rate Accommodation 1 very very poorly managed. Bed is hard like sleeping on floor. Free breakfast worst I have ever eaten. Stuck in elevator 30 minutes. Pool out of service no money to fix. 3 days no Hot water. Paid in cash Still waiting for invoice to be emailed. Honestly a joke.

Rooms are big and always clean, the place is honestly great and for a great price. We had zero issues whatsoever, staff was extremely friendly.

La zona es muy segura, frente hay una estación de Policia y por lo general las personas, residentes y turistas, son muy tranquilos y amables. Cerca en la misma calle y a los alrededores hay numerosos y diferentes tipos de restaurantes, tiendas y sitios de interes. En nuestro alojamiento brindamos acceso a servicios turisticos a los cuales pueden acceder directamente con nosotros y con confianza, ya que contamos con los mejores proveedores del lugar.

Decent accommodations with ocean views
Reviewed By NeilFCWe liked this place for the spacious rooms, the nice pool and the private balconies with killer ocean views. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, so the location is awesome. They have security and front desk staff 24 hours a day, and they were good about guarding our luggage until we could check into our room later in the day. However, the apartments in the hotel are managed by other companies that you have to deal with for any issues. We were a little annoyed by late arrival of the management person for check in, but they were at least somewhat reachable on WhatsApp. We spoke enough Spanish to communicate with them, but you might be in trouble if you are expecting them to use English. Our apartment was sadly lacking as far as maintenance goes. For example, the hot water wasn't working, so it was cold showers the whole time and the in-room safe was broken. I suspect the state of your apartment depends on the company managing it and how much they feel like fixing. Our place did have a kitchen, but the dishes, utensils and cookware were a hodge-podge that looked like it came from a trip to a thrift store. We had to buy plastic forks, because they only provided 3 forks for our family of 5. Otherwise, nothing is provided, not even soap and toilet paper, so be prepared to do some shopping. The hotel does have a mini market with predictably high prices, but other options are only a few blocks from the hotel, including a Carrula Express and some bigger grocery stores a few blocks further. In spite of the obvious issues with the place, we felt like we got a good deal. We reserved on hotels.com and, even with the $COP 50,000 at check in and the $40,000 cleaning fee at check out, it still ended up being only $US 85 /night for a 2-bedroom suite, which is much cheaper than most places in the Bocagrande hotel zone. Anytime we were tempted to complain, we just stepped onto our balcony and basked in our awesome ocean view. If you're looking for true luxury, this isn't the place for you, but if you're a family with kids like ours, this place is a good deal for the money.

The service was very friendly and they helped us with what we need, getting transportation for us and tours of Cartagena. There are many comfortable rooms, there is also a lot of space. There is a wonderful view of the sea where you can see the sunset and the sea. there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi area. What I liked the most was the view of the sea, the tranquility and the space in the room. I would go back because it has cheap prices and they provide excellent service

Reviewed By santiago sone of my favourite places is cartagena, more specific in morros, this is a neighborhood of cartagena, its in front of the beach, is a modern apartment, for 8 persons, the pool is so beautiful. i go there every year with my friends and family, when i am there, we usually go to the beach or to the pool, every night we go to the "ciudad amurallada", here we drink or eat something delicious, in that place are the best restaurants in the city, always we usually go to cholon in a yate. i like cartagena because, is a beautiful city, is relaxing and a fresh city, the people is happy, the parties are awesome, singers and famous persons come to this city all the time.

Reviewed By Erika CCon mi familia, sin conocer cartagena nos comunicamos con el hotel, explicamos las razones de nuestro viaje es un matrimonio y lo queríamos cerca de la iglesia y cerca a la zona turística. Por parte del hotel, se nos dijo que si nos quedaba cerca. Confiados por nuestro no conocimiento de la ciudad, tomamos el hospedaje, pero cuando llegamos resulta que quedaba lejos de todo, que hasta el taxista se sorprendió por el sitio de nuestro hospedaje. Al llegar al hotel se decidió no tomar el servicio, y se nos garantizo la devolvión del dinero lo cual han pospuesto por varias ocasiones. No me gustó ese detalle, no lo volvería a tomar y no lo recomendaría.
