Camping with rooms and breakfast
Reviewed By Julius MPlease note this place not for you if you are looking for resting place with portje ;-) ! I am tourist and I give 5 stars as I find here all I need: so no need for own tent as here are rooms with shower, bed, good breakfast, friendly staff. The most I liked is silent place, this is the most important for me. We came by Plug-in car and stuff arrange 220V socket to charge the car. Small problem stuff doesn't speak in English but Google translator apps helped :-)

Dutch Hill is situated in the heart of the beautiful and quiet Zala countryside. You will find us only 15 km from Balaton Lake, in the midst of expansive forests and vast fields. If you are looking for luxurious hotels, crowded discos and a busy itinerary, we suggest you look somewhere else. With us you will find peace, relaxation and tranquillity of nature. While still being able to indulge in tasty meals accompanied by delicious organic wines which we produce ourselves from fruits grown in our vineyard. Our camping ground is situated on a hill and has breathtaking views of the green valley below. With easy access from the main road, you will be able to choose the perfect spot to pitch your tent, with choice of forest or open grass area. We also offer you the opportunity to stay overnight in one of our two Log Cabins, an original Yurt or a Caravan. Don't forget to visit our small shop where you are able to buy souvenirs and organic products from our vegie garden and orchard. You can enjoy our organic wine, made from fruits in our orchard in our Pub "De Kroeg" or why not try a glass of cold Hungarian beer or our home-made pálinka, liquors or syrups. Relax and enjoy the Hungarian lifestyle while listening to some music playing in the back ground. Centrally located in our camping park you will find our vineyard, orchard and vegetable garden. Come and join us while we prepare simple, wholesome, tasty meals made from fresh produce grown in our own vegie garden, cooked in a Dutch camp oven on hot coals or in a cooking pot hanging above a camp fire. (Only some nights, pending interest)
Lovely small campsite
Reviewed By Peter RWe spent 2 nights in the campsite, where we could feel some dutch ambience as we were the only hungarians there at that moment. Carla the owner was realy kind, she prepared a campfire where we could make some marshmallows, the little pub is fun decorated and our children loved the rabbit and the barnyard where they collected the fresh eggs and even as a gift Carla gave it to us, so we prepared the freshest scrambled egg ever.

Peacefull winter wonderland
Reviewed By alberteriWe arrived after the first big snow, the place was simply beautiful. The houses are very nice, with floor heating, very pleasant. The house was nice and spacious, very comfortable, with a nicely equipped kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and nice, we enjoyed very much being their guests. With a short walk across the bridge you are in the thermal bath, which are also very nice. I will surely return and I can only recommend it.

Są plusy dodatnie i plusy ujemne
Reviewed By jawitCamping wybraliśmy z uwagi na wnuczkę a nie na własną wygodę czy doświadczenia. I to się sprawdziło w 100% - duży, w miarę zadbany teren z placem dla dzieci, trampoliną, boiskiem i basenem. Mała po otwarciu oczek w piżamie wybiegała do koleżanek pozwalając na jeszcze chwile spokoju. Dużym plusem jest bliskość płatnej plaży nad Balatonem, drogi rowerowej i w sumie niewielka odległość do marketów w Kesthely. Kilka restauracji do których można podejść pieszo ale trzeba mieć czas i samozaparcie z uwagi na obsługę. Osobną kwestią pozostają domki pamiętające chyba Kadara, którym przydałby się remont. Może to jednak zbyt subiektywne odczucie. W końcu na campingu byliśmy ostatni raz z 20 lat temu. Zwracam jednak uwagę na system rezerwacyjny (na Bookingu), który pominął dziecko i musieliśmy sporo do ceny dopłacić. Stosunek jakości do ceny- niestety średni w mojej ocenie. Ale w końcu na Węgrzech raczej pogoda dopisuje więc nie przyjechaliśmy tam siedzieć w pokoju no nie?....

Our guest house and camp site is situated right by the northen side of lake Balaton 6 kms from the famous town of Keszthely. We can be reached easily by train, car or even on bike as we are on the main cycle route. From the 1st May till 30th September we welcome our guests with a warm family atmosphere in a romantic, leafy holiday site right by the water.
A family holiday
Reviewed By Svetlana TIn the middle of August i am with my family renting a three rooms for five night in Eldorado Fogado.And I want to take this opportunity to say Thank you to the owner of the hotel again, for their professionalism and kindness. This is hotel running as a family business. And we all felt as surrounded by family.It was an individual approach to each guest. This year the restaurant was closed, due to lack of staff, but host every night himself tried to cook something special, and He surprised us with their talent. Excellent food. Baked pork ... fish soup..everything was amazing. And breakfast was perfect, every day somshing different. This B&B just 1 step from nice beach, there are many different entertainment, and 3 min walk to nearest market with good prices. There is the have possibility for fishing from the shore and from a boat. And we are used it, of course. And even caught a fish. It was great, I am realy enjoy it . The rooms was OK,but I want to say something .For me the TV was too small and too high and can not see nothing .And one more... two refrigerators for the 15 rooms,, is not enough, I suppose need a small refrigerator in each room. But anyway, holiday was a successful.Everyone happy. We are got absolutely great time.I highly recommended for everyone to a relaxing family holiday. Thank you. Lana.
