Reviewed By Nga NWe do have time to come here, meet some business men in this restaurant, 2nd floor inside the hotel. Nice view and quite good rate at 5 star hotel. We welcome our business guest here and quite satisfied with services here. But its quite far from city center, so if we want to go to city, we must get a 10 minutes taxi, do not walking cause quite far and dark streets

Reviewed By ThuH852Pu Luong Natura has beautiful rooms with breathtaking balcony view (mountains and terraces). the environment in the resort is awesome with two pools and a lot of trees and spots to relax. Mr. Phuoc was very attentive and caring. He obviously put his heart into making sure his guests have a good stay. Mr. Luyen is also a great tour guide. He showed us many amazing places and was very considerate with guests that have special needs. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely. Food always taste fresh and delicious and Mr. Phuoc always recommend dishes that are suitable to our tastes. I do have to minus 1 star from my review due to the poor soundproof situation. When the hotel is crowded, it could get very annoying if your rooms are near the restaurant because the rooms are not soundproofed at all so yeah things could get noisy and troublesome. Beside that, i totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back

Stunning villa with private beach
Reviewed By coolcsg7We book a villa and stay for 2 nights. The sales manager (Mr. Ngo) is very helpful and kind, he arrange everything for us (free shuttle service to airport after check out). The villa is spacious and modern and come with a private swimming pool. The facilities in the villa is wonderful and we having a lot of fun over there. The beach is quiet and smooth sand, the overall environment outside the villa is superb.

Good for the Money Hotel
Reviewed By mrmsew1994Nice little room in a Vietnamese Hotel. The owner and staff who were all very personable spoke little English and I speak no Vietnamese. Yet we were able to communicate well enough to make any arrangements etc. Sam Son is primarily a holiday resort frequented by Vietnamese for the Vietnamese but I enjoyed being 'the one'. At one point there were 7 people watching me buying some snacks from a stall as they were interested. The beach is well kept and pleasant. I noticed the Vietnamese don't hoard onto the beach until the mid day sun has elapsed so there's a lesson for us all. I likewise am eager to see what the Vietnamese are like. I find them to be a polite, engaging, respectful and charming people. I am glad I stayed in Sam Son and for the money you won't do better than Duck Hoang Villa

Reviewed By ChipbonbopKhách sạn mặt biển 3 sao mà nhà vệ sinh nhây nhớt bẩn kính nhà tắm mới như thế mà đục ngầu bẩn ko chấp nhận dc ko đạt tiêu chuẩn 3 sao nhà ng ta ở 10 phòng mỗi phòng 800k xin thêm dầu gội bảo nhân viên vệ sinh mặt sưng vù bảo phòng víp mới dc xin dầu ! Ô ở đâu ra . Nhà đông trẻ con uống sữa mino rớt ra ba giọt khách sạn bắt đen luôn 400k trong khi có thể giặt sạch dc . Chủ khách sạn chắc thấy 16trieu tiền phong của đoàn mình là con tép chắc. Bảo xanh rờn luôn là nhân viên báo ga giặt sà phòng rồi nhưng ko sạch( xin lỗi nhé yêu cầu mang ga xg thì hoá ra nhân viên vò tạm bằng nc lọc ko nó đã mờ đi 80% rồi mình coa cả ảnh đó chưa tính là nếu giặt xà phòng thì sao) mình còn chưa nói đến việc khách sạn nào dùng ga trắng cungz phải dùng thuốc tẩy hết . Đằng này vì tham thêm 400k mà đè ngưa khách bắt đền mn thử xem hình ga vài giọt milo thế kia xem có hết ko ? Cho thuốc tẩy vào thì đến săm môi xong cungz trắng bạch ý nhé! Lưu ý nếu ai đi sầm sơn với giá 800k vào ngay khách sạn khác cho dc đối sử giống khách nhé! Nếu ai ở dc thì phải có tinh thàn thép nhìn mặt mấy bả vệ sinn mỗi khi yêu cầu dọn phòng là mấy bả muốn oánh tui chắc! Hoặc có trẻ em thì lên đeo khảu trang 24/24 vào chứ ko nếu trẻ con nhà các bạn ăn rơi rớt cái ji ra phòng bắt đền cái đó ốm ng ! 400k ko ko là ji đâu nhưng đánh giá cái thái độ chuyên nghiệp độ tham lam và nhân cách của cả chủ và nhân viên ( ngoài cái ông quản lí và chị nhân viên đeo kính ra thì ai cũng tham lam và muốn ăn tưoi nuốt sống khách)
