We had booked in for 6 nights to explore the southern part of Sardinian, and how lucky we were to find ourselves staying in this Sardinian gem. Luigi and his family are wonderful, gracious hosts, and make all their guests feel special. They have a wealth of knowledge about the local history ,traditions and culture should you be interested to find out more, and never hesitate to ask if you need any help on places to visit.Nearby in the village of Barumini is the UNESCO site of Su Nuraxi which is well worth a visit. The village of Tuili where the farmhouse is situated is beautiful, quaint and peaceful. and the farmhouse has a lovely courtyard where at the end of the day, is perfect to enjoy a glass or two of the Lugas family wine. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning, the communal rooms are charmingly styled, furnished and decorated with antiques and paintings. Breakfast is served with fresh local organic produce, and the evening meals are delicious traditional Sardinian specialities and not to be missed! If you are looking for the best in Sardinian welcomes and charm, this is the place to stay

Reviewed By roelgrolWe stayed in this modern hotel during three nights. Our room on the first floor was comfortable. The breakfast was prepared on order, with lovely local bread and a superb espresso. The staff was very gentle and I would for sure return to this nice place.

We are located just 20 minutes by car from the major city of Cagliari.Our newly renovated property was originally built in the early 1980’s. The new building, opened in November 2011, features 26 guestrooms over two floors, a welcoming lobby and a spacious and elegant restaurant. The hotel also offers complimentary on-site parking.This family-run hotel offers attentive and knowledgeable service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Hotel has a lift and two rooms specifically equipped for disabled persons.
Forget this place
Reviewed By marco zI spent a night at this Hotel in the course of a bicycle tour through Sardegna. The room was spacious but Wi-Fi was available only in the hall, certainly not in the room. Sleeping was impossible as the hotel hosts a disco-pub and the music blared incessantly all the night till dawn. The owner had not advised me about that. Breakfast was simply ridiculous. I'd never go back there.

Nella ristrutturazione della vecchia casa è evidente che si è voluto mettere il meglio. Colazione ottima con tanti prodotti a km 0 (non solo nella colazione). Per quelli col sonno leggero: non rompete le scatole per qualche rumorino dal piano di sopra perchè il soffitto è originale e è fatto di legno!!!

Reviewed By 5star_sloI mean, how can you be in a tourist business and not speak English?? Unpleasant surprise when we came, the host only spoke Italian and assumed it was normal and that we have to understand it. Well I didn’t. The room was ok for 1 night, although very dark (one small window only). The bathroom was clean, but there were hair on the towel that weren’t ours. The ambient of the b&b is creepy (to put it mildly), there are plastic dolls in the actual size of the babies in the reception and goofy photos all over the place. But then again, the taste for art is not debatable, right? The breakfast is in the bar downstairs, very poor (coffee and a croisant). We had to pay extra to eat properly.

Amazing sardinian hospitality
Reviewed By CalcioMDWas in Lunamatrona for a good friend's wedding and S'antigu was one of the places the guests ( many from the United States) stayed. Rosaria and her husband were the perfect hosts and the b&b was lovely. Rosaria's homemade plum marmalade...delicious.... The charming double room ( one king size bed, private bath) had AC (helpful considering it was late July) . There was also a nice garden patio to relax in. Definitely will recommend S'antigu to others. Grazie per tutto :) ..ci vediamo alla prossima :)
