Reviewed By miaoyeeGrand inside out. Clean, with basic amenities and fast wifi. Really spacious room and hotel is located near to the street foods at night. Would require 20mins walk to the nearest supermarket but I am sure that you can arrange a taxi with the hotel to take you there.

Responds very promptly on email as well as WhatsApp, making booking and getting there very smooth. Facilities are good, quite a value for money since most travellers will only spend a night there. Overall very pleasant and good stay! 10/10 recommend!

Sure, it isn't the Ritz but good enough for a night's rest before going up to Mt Bromo. The room rate also includes amenities like toothbrush, soap, shampoo & drinking water. There's a Giant supermarket, 5-6mins walk to stock up on snacks and drinks. We arrived tired & dirty at Probolinggo after hiking at Kawah Ijen. Our tour package includes accommodation at Rumah Wahidin guest house nearby but it was by the main road - really noisy, tiny room & run down. So we did some research & found this alternative place. Friendly staff - they offered to carry our luggage upstairs and gave directions to nearby eateries. Satisfactory stay!

Almost "dusty" done
Reviewed By FreakishaI found this hotel on travel website. The picture shows clean, new and no smell rooms. They price super good. I booked standart twin room. BUT... We, mom and I, arrived around 1am. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation. The lobby was as dark as my room with small light in the reception. There was 2 men there. One helped for registration and the other shows me to my room. My room in the 3rd floor. No lift. Everywhere so dusty. Old white sheets and old blanket, aircon sounds like tiny train. Mom didn't happy at all. She wanted upgrade. We ended up stay in Suite Twin room. We had springbed instead of Idk what it's called in the previous room. Still, the sheets got old white color, the room so stuffy like hundred days without air and sun. The aircon pretty new. No sound. You need to request if you want towels, even if they're free. No soap or shampoo, no tissue. No key card, it's just brass key. Standart room doesn't include breakfast. Suite yes. Around 6.30am the staff knocked to tell us we can have breakfast until 8am. We skip that. So, I don't know how it looks like. I hope this experience just because they under renovation. I forgot to get standart room pic. Here's the Suite Twin room pics I took before left.

bad place but enough for one day
Reviewed By mfreI arrived by train pretty late, and next morning I woke up super early to go to Bromo, and after it I went straight to the train station. So I spent kind of 5 hours in this hotel.... it was cheap, the cheapest in town maybe, so what should I pretend? But the room was bad. Bad smelling, bad wifi, a single mattress and another mattress in the floor.... people working there were really nice, the helped us to find a really good cheap and nice way to get to Bromo. so if you are looking for saving money this is the place, but if you want to something more than sleeping... by the way there is another incredible thing to do to Probbolingo. I found out it too late. I hope some of you will find it before to go! I do not want to help you too much as it has to keep not touristic

The room was clean, we got warm blankets even if there was no heating. Everything we could need except toilet paper (but I don't expect that in cheap Asia guesthouse anymore anyways).

Reviewed By MayMayMay7我參加當地旅行社舉辦的3日2夜旅行團前往婆羅摩及宜珍，其中一晚我們會入住龐越的酒店作短暫休息。其實，我知道旅行社安排的住宿不會是優良，但想不到會如此糟糕。首先，員工是有禮貌的，在check in後員工帶我們到二樓的房間，一入去便聞到一股難以忍受的煙臭味及霉味，地上滿佈水漬，當時心想可能酒店位於山區，所以普遍潮濕，但當我坐上床時，發現床上沒有任何被褥，只有一條霉臭的綠色毛巾作被窩。另外，洗手盤上亦有一個煙蒂，馬桶亦有水流出，花灑古舊，令我不敢洗澡，而那一晚我亦不敢睡覺（我沒有潔癖的）。晚上，我想在酒店內用膳，酒店的職員居然叫我出外食，因為他們沒有餐廳，幸好附近有indomarket，我才可以買杯麵食。如果各位參加旅行團要入住這間酒店，請自備毛巾舖在枕頭上，亦準備少量零食。

Dirty Hostel/Useless staff
Reviewed By Chris FThe room is not cleaned at arrival, dirty linen, dirty walls. No one cares. The water is not running in the "bathroom". Has AC and its cheap. But that's it. WIFI is poor in the upper rooms. Almost no possibilities to go shopping (Indomarket etc.) If you want to stay for one night and you have strong nerves you can manage it. Would definitively not recommend!

Reviewed By ExploraLaBolaNos sorprendió mucho la habitación, estaba totalmente renovada y era muy amplia. Agua caliente en la ducha y wifi que funcionaba bastante bien. Las camas era muy cómodas y la familia nos dio agua caliente para nuestros cafés. Sin duda es muy recomendable por el precio que tienen. Pagamos por una noche 9€ por habitación con dos personas. La ubicación es muy buena y llegas caminando a todo lo importante.

Reviewed By Giny VDit mag de naam hotel niet dragen. Dit hotel hadden we zelf niet geboekt maar zat in het arrangement. Maar het was in een woord verschrikkelijk. We kwamen s'avonds laat aan en werden direct in een kamer gestopt, geen personeel gezien. De volgende morgen na de bromovulkaan te hebben gezien hadden we ons ontbijt. Nou ja wat heet ontbijt? Een doosje, geen koffie of thee. We hebben al heel wat hotels gehad tijdens deze vakantie maar deze was met stip de slechtste ;(
