Spacious rooms, good value
Reviewed By LakePanoramaHatfield is a mansion converted into a hotel. They have about six rooms that can be booked, ranging from large to huge. The decor could use updating, but the beds were comfortable (I stayed in two different rooms), linens clean, and meals tasty (with good portions). The ladies who run the hotel are very helpful and do their best to make guests happy. Good value for the money. Try the pepper soup with fish for dinner--delicious. Breakfast included, grounds are safe and secure.

Basic, clean, quiet
Reviewed By hans411Booked several rooms in this hotel for guests coming for my wedding. I did not stay here myself but my husband did, and I visited the hotel It is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, secure, well located and well priced. It is located right on the highway before Gold and Base and there are local shops and restaurants nearby. The management needs to look at some details- staff could be smarter and more proactive, food from the restaurant is terribly bland ( I hear), there are electrical wires and fittings coming loose in some rooms (two that I saw). Also, there is no wifi.

LOVELY HOTEL
Reviewed By Agent_McBenStayed 3 nights in room 302 in the year 2009 and room 211 in year 2015. Lovely place with courteous staffs welcoming you with a broad smile and hospitable people. However, not too satisfied with the kitchen service during my last visit. Well lite rooms with A/C and Satellite connected Plasma TV

Reviewed By David LStayed here for eight nights whilst visiting Jos on business. Hotel was fine, though it's biggest asset is definitely the staff. The Manager shows genuine interest in guests comfort, whilst so many of the other staff also do their best to make your stay a good one. Special mentions to Ben on reception, Sylvia in the bar, and Sam in the restaurant. Only negative point to mention is the pool, definitely needs some attention. That apart, all was good. Would definitely stay again if visiting Jos.

Nature island home away from home
Reviewed By Beth EI had never been to Dominica be for and wasn't sure what to expect. We stayed at Paulo's guest house and found it to suit our needs. The rooms had ac, clean linens & Paulo made sure we had coffee every morning. He was a gracious host and we enjoyed exploring Dominica from the easy to find location. We were close to stores and food shops and the people were kind and this place even had a beautiful bad porch outside kitchen we could use. The view of the ocean and the comfortable temperatures made this a nice place to call home. I highly recommend paulos guest house next time your in marigot Dominica. It's a must see Caribbean island full of fresh fruit, waterfalls and beauty unsurpassed. Tell Paulo I said hello.
