Lots of pluses but too many minuses
Reviewed By j889814672Check in was quick but they clearly didn't want to do the foreigner registration (a plus with a minus - the theme of this review) Room was nice but up 4 floors which is not very convenient when hauling stuff. The room itself was ok, large enough and spacious, but the bathroom had no shower, just a tub with a spray hose. Very unusual. Also, no curtains, so it's very bright from outside light. Need to wear an airline eye-shade to sleep. The "king" bed is actually two twins pushed together, so not very comfortable. The banya complex is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were just too many "design" problems with this hotel. It's as if the owners or designers had never seen or stayed in a hotel when they built it. Food in the restaurant was OK but uninspiring for breakfast and dinner. Service at dinner is slow. Next time I'll try something different - I hope there's someplace better in Sheregesh.

small rooms with very high ceilings
Reviewed By vanessashihtzuI had a very small room with very high ceiling the view was over a small enclosed concrete car park, the bathroom was a little cubicle. No lift, lots of stairs. Not friendly to foreigners and would not take our credit cards, took all my cash, other foreign visitors there treated same. A little café selling average food. A security camera outside closely monitored by staff, bit worrying! No parking. Hotel and rooms are clean.

Reviewed By 程 邢It's my first time to visit Russia. To Novokuznetsk is for business. Hotel Tango is highly recommended by my Russian colleagues, so I decided to stay here. It's not disappointed me at all because of the warm welcome since I check in at the reception until my checking out. Hotel is in a quiet place but safe. Also convenient to reach a supermarket. The room is very cozy and clean. I really enjoy the time here and will definitely come back again.

New modern nice hotel in Sheregesh
Reviewed By TheTravelerToUAEAll rooms are good (visit many). All equipment are good and modern. They just finished the construction of the hotel two weeks ago. Very nice SPA area in ground flour (3 different saunas and Jacuzzi. Very nice design of the hotel inside and outside. Perfect location for skiers. Just next to the lift. Two kids rooms. Very good restaurant, food quality and style both.

Reviewed By clairebR2257COIf you are not used to provincial Russian hotels, this place will come as a surprise as it doesn't really look like a hotel. There is no lobby, and no bar, just a reception desk which is open 24/7 to accommodate flight schedules. The room I had was tiny but the bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. The bathroom was even smaller, but the shower was fine (getting in and out of it required some thought) and hot water was plentiful and there was a full range of toiletries. The wifi worked well. My room was on the ground (first) floor and the cafe where the individually cooked breakfast was served was on the first (second) floor. There is no lift and this may be a problem for those with major mobility issues. However, the breakfast was good and came with real coffee. I checked out at 5am and was offered a lunch packet as I couldn't have breakfast that day. It is only 15 minutes to the airport by taxi.
