Reviewed By Majid IWe wanted to have a Family reunion. And since we have older Family members we were all looking for a more intimate Hotel that is flat with easy access & reasonable prices. We chose Delita Hotel. That ended being a Great decision. Hotel has total of 16 rooms with a Beautiful pool in the middle of the grounds. it is 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close to few other major Hotels nearby. Rooms are clean and cool. At one point we took over all 16 rooms! It was perfect for our crowd and our reunion. We had people attended from all over the world! The Best thing about this Hotel are the owners and the staff. They are all very Nice and helpful. Specially, Samir, Vasile & Demet. Owners are very friendly and hands on. We had a very early flight to leave town so i checked out the Night before. Vasile asked me what time are you leaving and i told her 4:00 a.m she said OK see you tomorrow. I taught she was joking but the next she was up at 4:00 a.m. and helped us out with the suite cases. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Reviewed By 135giacomopWe stayed at Deluxe Room which a cute balcony with garden view. Beds were really comfortable. We choose this neighborhood of Bodrum because of its see. Hotel has its own beach, which was the reason of our stay. As we talked with the owner, we understood that it is completely renewed in 2021 and changed the owner. She was really cautious of the happiness of her guests. We want to thank to the owner and all staff for their hospitality.

Warm welcome always waiting you at Genc Hotel, Genc family always there to look after you. Pool area is very clean , pool almost inviting you to jump in. Blue poolside towels supply by the hotel. Bar and food facilities available all day. My bedroom was very clean, everyday supply by a crisp white towels. Genc Hotel just two minutes walk from a public beech. If you want to use sun decks , you have to buy some refreshments, sun beds no charge. Sea Cristal clean... I did enjoy my stay, I use taxi rang just outside to Genc Hotel , to visit Yalikavak, Bodrum city, Gundogan......see my old friends and some nostalgia...I recommend to you this family run hotel...any time.

Reviewed By NMV78We did not stay at the hotel, but used their beach area and restaurant for 8 days. The food is great. It is very affordable, delicious, and the customer service is great. We always had lounge chairs available for us, the staff were friendly, funny, and caring. We miss this place and hope to be back again!

Reviewed By Ojah14Denize sifir, turkbuku sahilinin tam merkezinde, tertemiz butik bir aile isletmesi. Kahvaltisi da muhtesem. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir. Ancak, otelin kendi sahilindeki fiyatlari biraz yuksek bulduk. Civar isletmelerde daha uygun fiyatlar mevcut. Yine de bundan sonraki zamanlarda Turkbuku icin adresimiz Knidos otel olacaktir.

Best Adana kebap I've ever had
Reviewed By Avi sI am 30 years living in Turkey, and here I had one of the best Adana Kebab and Lahmacun. Service and general atmosphere are excellent and prices are reasonable. Enjoying here. The deck on the sea, very clean water, relaxing and safe swimming makes my stay very enjoyable.

Ordered a portion of lamb chops, which was good; and a pasta, which was terrible! I don't think I'd visit again. Quite average.

Bad Management Ruined Any Good
Reviewed By A3QueenIt’s really a shame because the concept of this program is wonderful, and the website looks amazing, but it was soo stressful that any good a detox does, was undone by management. According to guests who have gone many times, they USED to be able to deliver what they promise- but not anymore. There are members of the staff who seem to genuinely care (especially in the clinic where we get oxygen, as well as Michelle from the US), but overall they are short staffed with untrained people who don’t speak or understand English or the purpose of their program. They over promise and under deliver. Everyone was complaining & they just make up excuses. We stayed over 9 nights between the beach location, the main clinic & an apartment we rented & yet we received less than 3 days of the program (but they kept trying to charge us for more). The rooms at the beach are tiny. We had problems with the AC & transport. It was a challenge to get to the main clinic, so we just kept walking. They offer bikes - but no one told us. They infrared saunas didn’t work. There was no availability for Turkish Baths. The colonics are self administered. Check out my review on the main clinic for more program details. And at the end of our stay, after asking for a GM for 2 days to settle our bill, instead they tracked down our driver to the airport, blew up our phones & threatened to call the police. They’re CRAZY. Choose another place! (Maybe look on Healing Holidays)
