Too expensive for quality offered
Reviewed By WorldnobordersWe stayed for one night in this hotel, because it was located ideally and promised to have taken extra Covid sanitary measures. The room was very large and beautiful at first sight, but we realized only at night that the shutters didn't work and with bright street lights shining in, it made sleep difficult, not helped by at least 15 mosquitos in the room as well. The bed duvets had a very strong smell so that we had to take them away, which was ok given it was extremely hot in the room and there was no air-conditioning. The next day we discovered that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, finding a big bundle of hair under the bin, and dirt on the floor, which is even more disappointing after being told the rooms were cleaned in line with sanitary measures due to the coronavirus. The hotel could definitely do with a deeper clean, including the floor in its hallway, which showed people's foot prints. Extremely disappointed after having read lots of good reviews and choosing the place for this reason. The price we had to pay for the night was totally unacceptable under these conditions.

Reviewed By P7087NWneilpUsually a good stay.. But not this time... We arrived to find the smoke detector covered with a plastic bag and the room stinking of cigarette smoke! This was both revolting and the danger tampering with a fire system poses is frightening. Why was this not noted by the cleaner before giving the room to a paying guest. Secondly the barking dog next door in room 25 was ridiculous.. If I wanted to hear a dog barking at gone 2300 at night id buy a dog.. This is an un manned hotel and we understand that with the convenience comes a few problems. But there needs to be some control measures to ensure you deliver what you advertise on your website. We like this place and its been good in the past. Im hoping we just got very unlucky?

Reviewed By Curious63778934800Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, werde sehr gerne wieder kommen. Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Speisen in der Küche sind alle frisch und lecker! Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Wenn man geschäftlich reist oder auch Urlaub macht, ist das das perfekte Hotel zum ausruhen. Besonders schnell war der Self-Check in am späten Abend, hat gerade mal zwei Minuten gedauert - ich liebe den Self-Check in.

Reviewed By atdplhGleich beim Empfang fühlt man sich sehr herzlich willkommen. Die Chalets sind ein Traum! Extrem schöne und professionelle Holzverarbeitung! Sauna im Schlafzimmer und Aussenbadewanne, das ist einmalig und sehr luxuriös. Der Chemineeoffen im EG zieht sehr gut und es entsteht sofort eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Wir haben hier sehr schöne Wanderungen unternommen, es gibt sogar einen Gratisshuttle nach Innerlaterns bis hoch zum Alprestaurant Falbastuba, die von der gleichen Familie bewirtet wird. Von hier geht ein sehr schöner Wanderweg zurück zum Peterhof = sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betreiberfamilie ist extrem gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich beinahe wir zuhause.

Reviewed By anne fWe arrived from a long hot journey from France and coudnt find anyone to let us in - last year they texted my husband a code to get access to th hotel before he arrived, they didnt do that this time. we eventually got to park our bike in th garage after being ther an hour. th accommodation is basic but very good quality- its not ensuite but th shower room and bathrooms are excellent, spotless. beds are comfy. the restaurant next door is small, staff in ther r friendly. we had ribs for dinner which were fantastic. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Situated beside a Spar and garage just off th motorway. Fine for an overnight stay if u r travelling.
