Great place to stay. Great value
Reviewed By Nick GMy fiancee and I stayed here while we were in town visiting family. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were in one of the VIP suites, in fact the one we were in is the one shown on their webpage. The room was great. We were able to have friends over to visit in the sitting area. The bed was comfortable and it was very nice. There is a refrigerator that is stocked with snacks and there is not the huge markup on the items that you would find at most places. The hotel is within walking distance of one of the main shopping areas of the city and the seashore. There is a video game/hookah bar attached to the property that had good food. They are open from 5pm - 5am and you can watch players play games on the two PS4 consoles that are there. You can also find a more secluded area to just relax and have a few drinks and some snacks. We will definitely be back.

Reviewed By Лена ЕБыли 5-6 сентября 2015. Номер брали для 3 взрослых и диванчик для ребенка. 1 этаж. Места много плюс огромный балкон. Хороший ремонт. Туалет, душ. Бесплатный интернет. Территория ухоженная, по периметру зеленые елочки. Во дворе мангал и большая крытая веранда. Мы там вечером жарили шашлычок и пили местное вино!!!))) Оооочень вкусно готовят, ресторан в отеле - шикарный. Еще есть баня, но мы там не были, ребенок не очень любит. До моря идти минут 10 с горы, назад соответственно в горку - тяжеловато, но т.как не сонцепек, то прогулка - полезна))). Пляж небольшой, городской же пляж огромный и в этом году получил синий флаг за чистоту. Мы ездили на машине - минут 5.

Reviewed By smintinasergiuнас было 3-е взрослых и 2-е детей, нам достался самый вместительный номер в который и 7 человек поместятся если нужно, есть огромная зона-ливинг с кухней в которой есть все, даже бокалы для шампанского :) Отдельное спасибо, администратору Александру, который готов решить любую проблему, даже не всязанную с Отелем, от тапочек до банковских переводов. Особо радует магазин при Отеле, в котором цены на некоторые товары дешевле чем в Таврии. Единственный минус это растояние до моря и перепад высоты в 50 метров, но это не проблема отеля, а этой зоны в целом.

Great value for the money
Reviewed By robbyr534Excellent location across the street from the beach. Market next door for food and drinks. On site cafe with great food at reasonable prices. Try the Miso Soup and take some grilled Salmon as main course. Very tasty. Very comfortable memory foam mattress, big clean room and nice bathroom. ONLY very small complaint would I received only fair WiFi signal in my room on the third floor. I would stay here again for sure.

A unique hotel ( Vegas meets Chornomorsk) with great service - recommended
Reviewed By Mary HOriginally, we were due to depart at 21:00 from Chornomorsk (south west of Odessa) as foot passengers on the freight ferry to Istanbul but the departure was delayed. Having stayed the previous night in Odessa itself, we decided to find a room to stay closer to the port as departure times were likely to move. A last minute booking on line found us at Chornomorsk and a 45 min journey by bus from the central bus station in Odessa. We grabbed a taxi (with the help and translation services of a very helpful pharmacist) to the hotel. What an extraordinary place. We were greeted by our very friendly and helpful host who showed us to our room, through a very imaginatively Italianate inspired designed building. We were not surprised to learn the name of the owner was ‘Roman’. The hosts were extremely helpful in recommending somewhere close by to eat (we needed an early night) as well as assisting us with booking a taxi to the port for 04:00 that morning. This was not as easy as it might seem – our point of departure was from a freight terminal. Throughout, we were treated with utmost courtesy and care and genuinely have nothing but praise for our experience here (this in spite of a power cut shortly after we arrived - not uncommon in the area, and the hotel generator was pressed into action so no issues anyway) The decor in the spacious bedroom was quirky and we had a comfortable (if short) sleep due to our early departure, which also meant we were unable to sample the breakfast. Бассейн, просторная кухня на свежем воздухе, бар, шезлонги, зелень, просторные комфортные номера и разные зоны для отдыха! Отдельно хочу отметить, что хозяева - приятнейшие люди. Задав вопрос - добрый день, включено ли питание? я получила ответ- мест нет! )) Но все же по фотографиям место понравилось, и я узнала, что места есть - с 29 августа. Приехали поздно, в дороге с ребенком добирались 13 часов. Заселились, территория нормальная. Но позже мы поняли, что звукоизоляции в номере ноль. Над нами жили хозяева, и было слышно каждый шаг, и голоса и бегающую собаку. В другой комнате «с нами» храпел сосед. Я сказала об этом хозяйке, т.к. с маленьким ребенком хотелось отдыхать и высыпаться, мамы поймут. Но и мотаться искать жилье опять не удобно. Мы решили, что подумаем, переспим ночь. Может нам будет нормально. Но Ирина, пришла вечером и сказала: - я так не смогу, выезжайте, у меня у соседки есть номер с кухней(мы искали только такой вариант) В общем, вечером мы опять искали жилье, у соседей нам не подошло, тк в номере только микроволновка, печки нет. Утром еще был инцидент с посудой в номере, которая пропахла рыбой, и ее не возможно было отмыть. На просьбу предоставить уксус или что либо, чтобы отмыть и сварить кашу ребенку. Нам указали на общую кухню. Идите ищите уксус там) т.е. чтобы готовить, надо отмывать посуду от предыдущих жильцов. Наверное это не понравилось Ирине, она пришла и говорит: - Выселяйтесь раньше, вы специально приехали на 1 день и устроили все эти махинации!!, чтобы искать жилье на месте. Назвала нас кровопийцами, открыто в лицо. Мы в шоке от гостеприимства!!!!! Видимо в карантин столько туристов, что так можно! В итоге мы потеряли день отдыха на поиски и переезд в новое место. И осадок конечно не приятный. К этому могу добавить то, чего на фото и видео вы не увидите (номер семейный): - Не удобные матрасы, пружины можно потрогать рукой; - Серые невыстиранные полотенца; - Плесень на шторке в ванной и на кафеле; - Звукоизоляции нет, в семейном номере над вами будет бегать бульдог) с 5 утра! - Если вам что-то не понравится и вы озвучите это хозяйке Ирине, ждите, что вас попросят собрать вещи.

There are all necessary accessories in bath-room: hairdryer, cosmetic set, slippers, dressing gown and etc. Even the most demanding client will be pleased with the variety of colour and design of each room. Reviewed By Vladimir SНомера чистые, все необходимое есть. Завтрак в гостинице плохой - сосиска с макаронами за 50 грн Вид из окна тоже не самый приятный - многоэтажные панельные дома. До моря не слишком далеко, но и не близко. Цены, как и во всем одесском регионе завышены. Но эта гостиница предоставляет за свою цену чистые, достаточно комфортные номера, и сносное обслуживание.
