The guesthouse Beim Nuihausa is in the Center of the village Reit im Winkl in the bavarian alps near the Chiemsee. Included in the price of the rooms is the bavarian breakfast buffet and the daily cleaning of the rooms. In the Appartements is the use of the breakfast buffet and the daily cleaning possible to an extra charge. The guesthouse is providing a small wellness-area with a saunaland and some spa-activitis. The saunaland is included in the price of the rooms and of the appartements.

The staff were so very friendly, going above and beyond in accommodating us and helping us when our train arrived late, delaying our arrival at the guesthouse. The room was very big and comfortable, and an excellent value for the price. The balcony was also very relaxing with a beautiful view of the town. The location was also very central within Reit im Winkl. We had a great breakfast every morning at the breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend adding this to your stay.

Reviewed By parrotheadtwoWe stayed at this hotel for two nights during the Rosenhiem Herbfest. It is about a 15 minute bus ride to the downtown where Herbfest is located, however there is a bus right outside their location that drops you off right at the festival. Later at night, a taxi was required to get you back as the bus didn't run after 7. The hotel facilities where quite satisfactory and as we are English speaking, there staff/owners where quite accommodating checking in often during the included breakfast. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. Rooms where clean and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel.

Superb hotel for a winter vacation
Reviewed By jinbin812018We stayed in the Duplex cabin for 3 nights. Great views from both the dining area and bedroom windows. We loved the hammock and lounge chair up in the loft, which is the perfect place to relax in during a cold winter day. Bed was comfortable and the whole cabin was heated nicely for comfort. Location was excellent. Although the bedroom faces the main road, we were not disturbed by noise and slept well. Town centre, train station, supermarket were all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, from helping us sort out the Data SIM card issue, to recommending ski school for beginners like us. The breakfast was nutritious and yummy; their scrambled eggs were the best we have tasted. Will definitely stay here again.

Ausgesprochen freundlicher Service, lecker, modernes Ambiente. Mein EZ war zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einziges Manko: Der Self-Check-in.... Dort wäre eine Optimierung sicher angebracht ?

Clean, neat, quiet and well located, worth every penny
Reviewed By OdedH_13We looked for a place to stay in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen for a week, in a large, well-equipped room. We found the hotel based on recommendations on various sites and made an order. Since the hotel itself was fully booked at the end of the week due to an annual BMW conference we received a residential unit nearby, on the central route of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. After the registration at the hotel the girl who registered us directed us with the car to the apartment and at the same time went there independently. She showed us the apartment that was neat and clean. The apartment includes A well-equipped bedroom with a large wardrobe Bathroom with large, comfortable shower and toilet Large living room with an exit out to the garden and two nice seating areas A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, percolator, kettle, cutlery, etc.) The location of the apartment on the main road means accessibility, quick exit in any direction. To reach the center of Garmisch's life in the pedestrian mall, 10 minutes walk (200 meters on the sidewalk and then a pedestrian path to the entrance to the central area) During the week we had absolute privacy and quiet. When we wanted to help print a document, we arrived at the hotel during the reception hours and were glad to help us. A very positive experience, we enjoyed !!!

Reviewed By dossy1Situated in the centre of the village/town. a friendly welcome when we arrived and the room clean and more than adequate for our two night stay. There is a good, plentiful buffet breakfast in the morning. This is a large hotel and they have a number of rooms available for dinner in their restaurant. The service however was poor, as the waiters/waitresses seemed to be trying to do too much at the one time. Too many tables to look after perhaps; food was slow in arriving but adequate in presentation.

A true never-come-back hotel
Reviewed By J BHotel Kaiserblick is located at B305 road in Entfelden, Reit im Winkl and offers 12 basic rooms. The hotel is operated as a cash cow. Staffs are poorly trained and the service at the breakfast buffet is a disaster. Please read on. Hotel Kaiserblick lacks a reception and we found its restaurant closed. The hotel basically hosts budget guests and in winter skiers who don’t care about quality. Our room was practically decorated and furnished, with a worn-out double bed, desk & chair, seating set, two small wardrobes, flat screen TV on the wall, and a small private bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. All was clean. We had a balcony with chairs and the view of the building site next door. Next door in hotel Sonnleitn, you find the reception and your breakfast. Here guests of two hotels are queuing in a single line and are served by an totally inadequate waitress. Notwithstanding Covid-19 you enjoy your breakfast in a restaurant packed with guests. If you fancy a worn out bed and an overcrowded breakfast in Corona days, hotel Kaiserblick is the place for. We found it a true never-come-back show.

Well stocked with convenience items...water/wine etc...definitely recommend staying here & plan to stay again in the future myself!
