Interesting Hotel

We booked a suite in the Adult Wing sector the suite was excellent the service from the daily cleaner was exceptional nothing fancy but very clean and tidy. The pool area for the adult wing was clean and tidy and the bar located close by was very good with excellent service from the team. The downside was that when we booked the holiday via EasyJet all facilities were subject to COVID and prior to our travel departure date the 24th May 2022 there had been no information about any facilities still closed albeit the COVID experience had reduced dramatically. When we arrived the Adult Wing Atlantis Restaraunt was closed and remained closed throughout our 10 day stay this was where we had been told prior that breakfast and evening meals would be served…….. We were rerouted to the main large fully inclusive restaurant which was not what we anticipated it was large their was food strewn across the floor and albeit there were many staff it still left a lot to be desired in fact we only had breakfast twice there. We ended up every morning going across the road to The Bakery for a Coffee and Croissant. There were also two other areas closed The Victory Pub and The Dionyssos Restaurant. We were not informed of any closures at the hotel just prior to travelling or when we checked into the hotel this was never mentioned……..for a supposed 5 star hotel we felt this was unacceptable We ate twice in the Glasshouse Restaraunt on the 5th floor the food was good the service at the table could have been better. It is a very large hotel with many pools and areas to sunbathe and relax but in our opinion it is not a 5 star accommodation…….4 star at best.

Abacus Suites is the right choice for visitors who are searching a combination of charm, peace, quiet and a convenient position from which to explore Ayia Napa. It is a small, comfortable hotel situated in Nissi Avenue. Owners and staff offers an attentive personalized service and are always available to offer help to guests. The hotel is arranged on two floors with a lift. On the ground floor apart from the reception there is a comfortable lounge area where you can sit and relax and the Restaurant - Café : Suite34 where you can have your breakfast, your lunch and dinner or just relax having a drink or coffee. The rooms are arranged on the second floor. Each suite has a double or twin bed, a private furnished balcony, bathroom with walk-in shower. Each detail has been carefully chosen in order to provide guest with a comfortable stay.

Ioannis gave us the best tipps to experience the local culture, although Ayia Napa is a very touristic place. He also took care every day that we go to a good place to eat and told us many interesting things about the history of Cyprus. Loved it, he made our stay unforgettable. Ioannis, if you read this - greetings from Frankfurt! The breakfast was good as well - all fresh and enough choice. There were always enough parking places. We asked for a quiet room when we booked the hotel and we got it. I advise you to do that. We rested very good (and we really need it quiet to sleep!) Rooms facing the boulevard might be too loud because of the night life on the boulevard. All in all we had a very good time. Thanks for all!

Extremely comfy beds and a very spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and THE biggest terrace I've ever stayed at. Fully furnished with sun loungers and a dining al fresco set. I even washed my clothes, dried them so it saved me a job when I got back. Perfectly located. Beach about a 1o min walk. And you get to use the sister hotels pool. Which was lovely, bar the unruly ferral kids! But all in all I'd return again I a ?heart beat.

Reviewed By mira787It's been almost a month since our stay at Guru and we are still obsessed with how it exceeded our expectations. You can visit the most luxurious hotels and boutiques anywhere in the world but it won't be easy to find amazing people like the Guru family. You wake up in a beautifully decorated room, go outside for coffee and a dip in the pool and have a tasty breakfast. At night we enjoyed the serenity of the views and the music with some drinks and excellent discussions with our Guru friends. The rooms, the location, food, massage, pool and views were amazing but our favourite part was how comfortable we felt with everyone there. We hope to make it a yearly ritual to be there. Mira & Fadi

For example to watch something on Netflix it's loading about half an hour just to open Netflix on the TV. Expensive things from me and my friend disappeared when we weren't at the room and didn't lock them in the safe. They just said that we have lost it, so that it's our fault!!! They never changed the badclothes when the room was cleaned. The room was cleaned all 2 days, they said because of Corona, but in my opinion you should exactly because of Corona clean the room every day! The restaurant of the apartment is closed too! NEVER NEVER NEVER again!

До моря буквально 3 минуты, из окон также видно море и порт. Рядом находятся множество кафе, где можно перекусить. В самом кафе "Aragma" нам не очень понравилось, лучше напротив бульдог или таверна. Номеров у отеля очень мало, приблизительно 7-8, поэтому их достаточно быстро разбирают. Что еще положительно: кондиционер не оплачивается отдельно, а уже включен в стоимость, что достаточно редко встречается + бесплатный wi-fi. Для тех, кто собирается просто в нем ночевать, оставлять вещи и принимать душ - идеальный вариант!

Rude staff. Not the room we booked.
Reviewed By Stephanie PI stayed for one night in August 2016 and it was terrible. At first I checked-in at six in the afternoon and the room wasn’t cleaned. After waiting half an hour I went to the room and I realised it wasn’t the room I booked. I booked a studio which included an extra camp-bed and there wasn’t any camp-bed in the room. I specifically called the day before to confirm the booking and asked whether the camp-bed is included to the room or if I should ask for it. They assured me that the camp-bed will be inside the room. When I went to the reception she told me that there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted the camp-bed I should have let them know earlier. Even though I told her I called the day before she couldn’t help me so I asked to speak to the managed. She called the manager and she insisted that it was my fault and that if we want the camp-bed we should pay extra. She also said that the couch that is inside the room unfolds to a camp-bed. That’s where I realised that they gave us the wrong room because in the room we only had two chairs. In the end we couldn’t find a solution. The attitude was inappropriate and they weren’t helpful at all. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
