The stay at the hotel includes three meals, transport by boat, beach, fishing, swimming in the lake, guided ecological walk and campfire. You can hire floating romantic dinners, ride on the floating deck, jetski, ski, relaxing massage, picnic and donut.

Reviewed By Monty SAfter having postponed our trip to Guatape twice due to Covid we finally spent our holidays in Hotel Pietrasanta in October. This place is like heaven - completely remote (accessible only by boat), quiet with pure air. Relax, read a book, go walking, enjoy the view, play one of the games, do canoeing or swimming or just have a nice conversation with your beloved ones. We booked two "cabanas bungalow" and one "cabana flotante". The latter is definitely a highlight and don't worry the small house only sways when a boat arrives (which is very seldom). Another highlight is the staff. Every person is so friendly and tries to fulfill every wish. A special thanks to the kitchen crew. Having two vegeterian in the family is not very common in Colombia and therefore not easy to cope with. Yet, every single dish was very tasteful and delicious! Thanks Claudia for these lovely days in Guatape! Highly recommeded!

I was travelling with my 73 year old mother and we walked to and from dinner every night. There are countless restaurants within walking distance (we loved OCI Medellin, Carmen, and El Botanico) as well as plenty of nightlife. HOWEVER, you would never know this from your room or the common areas as you are in the midst of a garden/forest/nature reserve with all the peace and tranquility that accompany it. The staff is delightful and beyond helpful. Laura and the two Erics will take care of every whim and Agnes is around to help as well. The breakfast is incredible and varied, served in the best setting possible. My mom and I had difficulty choosing our hotel in Medellin but we have no doubt that we chose perfectly! Hope to return someday!

Worth the extra 5 min walk to the edge of town
Reviewed By nightmanager1Absolutely loved our stay here; beds were comfortable and the staff had thought of EVERYTHING! There were tote bags you could borrow, separate bins in each room to sort your trash, a bottle of wine one each room should you want it, and the rooms were immaculate. By the front door there is a list of recommended restaurants (we tried a few which were great!) and the breakfast was delicious. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

It s Perfect to chill, relax, drink a few beers right next to the pool or explore the nature and the cascades... The rooms are nice and tidy and the staff is really friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend to go there! Gracias, I ll come back soon :)

Un grande errore
Reviewed By valentinag259Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con delle amiche, approfittando delle vacanze di Pasqua. Che dire: - check in previsto per le 15/15.30 effettuato alle 18 perché "la camera è grande da pulire" - lenzuola sporche (letteralmente macchiate), asciugamani sporchi, insetti in giro - la doccia era letteralmente un buco nel muro e non essendoci un tappetino ad ogni doccia è corrisposta fanghiglia sul pavimento - il secondo giorno la camera non ci è stata pulita, nonostante ci fosse stato chiesto se desiderassimo la pulizia perché "non è stato posto il cartello fuori dalla porta" - i giorni in cui la pulizia è stata effettuata, le lenzuola sporche sono state sostituite da altre lenzuola altrettanto macchiate o addirittura strappate e abbiamo dovuto richiedere altri asciugamani poiché, una volta portati via quelli sporchi, non erano stati rimpiazzati - colazione poverissima (uova e arepas ogni giorno), che di base non sarebbe stato un problema se il primo giorno un membro dello staff non ci avesse detto che, su richiesta, era possibile avere una colazione a base di frutta. Abbiamo fatto richiesta, e tutto ciò che abbiamo ricevuto sono state risposte scocciate, rimbalzo di responsabilità relativamente all'effettiva disponibilità di un po' di frutta, trattamento da "soliti europei pretenziosi" per tutti i giorni successivi, al punto da essere le ultime persone servite palesemente apposta perché "la priorità ce l'hanno i gruppi" (anche se noi eravamo un gruppo) - finestre sottilissime (potevamo sentire la musica ad altissimo volume proveniente da un locale di fronte) - generale sporcizia dell'immobile FOTO ASSOLUTAMENTE NON CORRISPONDENTI ALLA REALTÀ
