Reviewed By Mosaed123These apartments are fairly new and this could be the reason they are still clean. The apartments are in a relatively nice location. Assuming you have a car, access to shops and restaurants is reasonable. Dedicated parking space is limited to 2 cars but there is a nearby open space where you can park your car. Staff is friendly and helpful over all. I just observed that some of them push too much to carry anything you hold in your hand, aspiring for tips!

Unpleasant Stay, Uncaring Staff
Reviewed By alkhezziI booked three nights in Boudl AlRass with the expectation to have a reasonable stay. I am used to stay in 4+ stars hotel. But, there is not 4+ stars hotel in AlRass, I tried to choose the best available accommodation. Unfortunately, this accommodation was not the best, not even close to average. The condition of the apartments is below average, we had to moved to three different apartments because each has its own problem. The receptionists are not well trained and uninformative. I had an issue regarding the late check out time with the receptionist, he was completely unwilling to negotiate the issue. And when I asked for the manager or the manager on duty, he told me they are not available (they are sleeping at this time). I told him that in Respectful hotels, the manager is always available to deal with customers’ issues. He told me: this is not a respectful one (what a chock). Although the location is good, the size of the apartment is nice, and the price is reasonable, I do not recommend this hotel for any traveler.

Reviewed By AbdullahAltamimiThe overall experience was good. The apartment on the third floor was clean. Staff was helpful. Kids bed is available and free of charge. The bathroom is OK but the placement of the shower was not. The most annoying thing was that the bed is very hard for me.
