With a production of wine extending on an area of nearly 30 acres, the Žorž farm is one of the largest familly owned winery in the Vipava Valley. Žorž vineyards are sowed with red grapes varieties, such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Barbera, as well as white grape varieties Pinot Gris, Sauvignon, Muscat Blanc, Malvasia, Riesling, as well as local varieties Zelen and Pinela. The Žorž family uses modern equipment with which they produce an astonishing variety of top-notch wines.
