As a family with young children, we make regular trips to this cinema to see all the latest releases of animated film. The seated areas are always spotlessly clean. In fact, the whole cinema is really well looked after. No complaints at all!

We chose to visit the Brewery on a slightly grey looking day, whilst on holiday in Cornwall. We called up on the morning and booked onto the 11:30am tour. We turned up just before 11 and decided to get some food in Hicks Bar. We had a meat pasty and posh fish finger sandwich. They were both very substantial meals and very tasty. We then headed for the tour with a fantastic, informative guide. We were really lucky to be the only ones on that time slot (I know the 12:30 was very busy!) so got a private tour. Our guide knew so much about the brewery and beer, and was engaging and happy to answer all of our questions. We’ve been on many brewery tours but our favourite part at St Austell’s was learning about the micro-brewing experiments they do and seeing the scale of the kegging and distribution! After the tour we headed for a tasting, which again was a real highlight of the trip. It was so nice to talk through the beers and try so many different types! We tried about 11/12 different beers, lagers, IPA’s etc which we felt was very generous to be included in the price of £15 each (which we also felt super reasonable considering the time we spent there and what was included). We would highly recommend visiting here, learning about the history and sampling the fantastic beers!

I wanted to buy some guinea fowl for Christmas dinner. Not many other places sell them. I tried local butchers and supermarkets - no luck! Waitrose sold them but they were always out of stock and I couldn't order them. However, Lobbs sold them and I could order them and come in and pick them up at my convenience. They were very helpful regarding how many I would need for my party. They also sold partridges, pheasants and venison and all this could be pre-ordered. They also sell a wide range of organic, local produce, including artisan, local cheeses and locally produced wine. Friendly, helpful staff.

I used to visit Ben's play world as a kid and now I have my own wee one we decided to drive up for a visit to the market (also fab) and then for a play. I'm lost for words at how good it was. Even on a wet Sunday and it being packed it was terrific. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. Very vigilant and caring. For such a big, busy soft play it is immaculate. My daughter is 15 months and the toddler village is safe and penned in. Not only to keep her safe but also a deterrent for the age old problem of bigger children running riot in the baby areas. So much to do and all included in the price. The locals discount is a massive bonus and nice to see an attraction looking after locals. How anyone could give it a bad review is beyond me. It's worth the drive
