200+ shops, covering a huge area. Plenty of international brands. If you intend to visit every shop, be prepared to buffer a few more days. Winter operating hours are short, 10am to 7pm only.

An excellent onsen experience (indoor and outdoor). I travelled during COVID, so no crowds at all. I appreciated the very spacious dressing rooms, shower area and baths. The outdoor bath was especially nice, with the perfect temperature for a snowy day in Karuizawa.

Very low key older place that is still part of the Seibu/Prince family. No longer has the ice skating, pool, bowling, tennis, etc. Sauna, large locker area and washing area, large indoor bathing and two outdoor. "Local" people, like us get it for 500 yen on regular days. Have visited it often the past 30 years.
