Reviewed By KCGComA wonderfully quirky and fun hotel, a very clever original design with all public space in one open top floor which feels warm and very comfortable. If only it was in a more interesting ski area I'm not sure I'd ever go anywhere else. Loved the pool, saunas, food, staff, whole atmosphere. Rooms not huge (we had a roomy room) but have everything you need including the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. Right at the top of my list of places to stay.

Excellent Hotel and Staff
Reviewed By Urs SThe Hotel was established just a few years ago in a former commercial building, so the rooms are really new and nice. We had one on the 3rd floor with a balcony with view to the mountains. We liked the interior with the large shower as well the seperate toilet. The beds are really comfortable, everything was clean. We can recommend the Hotel because it is not too far away from the airport as well as from town. Bus service is available just nearby. If you want a hotel which has budget room rates, this is the place to book! Check In was efficient, the lady very helpful and nice. Check out was the highlight with a good conversation with the manageress and solving a problem at our complete satisfaction. We will return as soon as we visit Salzburg again.

Fantastic in every way - even in poor weather
Reviewed By paul_carla_2007This was our second visit to the site and it impressed us further this time around. We were part of a small group of friends who had not been together since the pandemic and we all said it was the perfect place to meet up. Some had camper vans, some caravans and others tents and we were all perfectly placed to enjoy all the facilities. The site was very clean, had all the suitable hygiene measures in place and was just a fantastic environment to be in. Whilst we didn't have the best weather we made the most of the quite simply outstanding swimming and spa facilities. On the second of our 2 nights there the restaurant welcomed our group with such warmth and hospitality. They could not facilitate our group in the restaurant all together but pragmatically suggested that our children eat first and the adults straight after. We made the most of the fantastic soft play and games room directly below the restaurant. The adults could keep a close watch on the children whilst enjoying the fantastic food and service of the restaurant. Overall a fantastic location, outstanding facilities and courteous, polite and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back for a third visit soon!

Great location, nice accommodation, tasty food
Reviewed By JWH3228We stayed as a family of four in January 2022. The staff were pleasant and friendly and our room on the top floor was amazing. The view down to Zell and the lake was phenomenal. The location of the hotel is genuine ski-in ski-out (although you need to be reasonably competent on skis as it's a red run) and if you are after a hotel that's on the snow then this really ticks the box. The food was delicious and the wait staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and can thoroughly recommend it!

Reviewed By lordcharlesWe spent a week staying in Hotel Moisl. Everything was just fine. Room was large enough and the bed was comfortable. One problem they don’t have 80cm x 40cm bed pillows. Which we manage to get in most European Hotels. Room was clean with a separate toilet. Breakfast was good with more on offer than many other hotels we have been to. The evening meal was excellent with a large salad buffet over 12 choices daily. The whole place functions well because the owners are there watching and working too. Their wellness spa and garden area are of a high standard. The spa is decorated in a most attractive fashion as is the whole hotel. Service and personnel friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the town square where there is twice a week music entertainment. Good daily public transportation to Salzburg free with the tourist card. All round very satisfactory and recommendable.

What would Mozart say if he knew that the in 2019 opened „Wolfgang’s managed by a&o“ was named after him? If we could visit him today, we would do it by foot. Because to his home you walk comfortably past Mirabell Castle, the university and the Landestheater – so beautiful! And it’s only 400 m from the central station to one of the 504 most comfortable beds in town!

Aan de rand van St. Michael, vrijstaand chalet met enorm groot appartement
Reviewed By SanderAukemaAan de rand van St. Michael im Lungau staat een vrijstaand chalet met meerdere appartementen. Wij hadden een complete verdieping, waarin twee slaapkamers, grote badkamer en apart toilet. In de hal is een sauna geplaatst voor 2-3 personen. De woon/eetkamer is erg groot. Er is een gigantische bank en stoel en grote TV geplaatst. De keuken is ruim. Het terras bevindt zich iets hoger dan de tuin en heeft een zitje met stoelen en een gasbarbecue. Er is wifi aanwezig en die doet het goed. Al met al veel luxe en alle gemakken. Je loopt makkelijk naar het centrum en een kleine rit naar de berglift. Deze draait in de zomer slechts op 3 dagen. Aan de andere kant van de berg draait hij iedere dag. Anders kun je nog naar de Katschberg voor wandelplezier.

Unser Restaurantbesuch war leider ein Reinfall
Reviewed By Rolf Gerhard KWir waren schon einige Male im Herz3 und sind geteilter Meinung. Einmal war es ganz gut, aber der letzte Aufenthalt war für die gesamte Gruppe ein Reinfall. Die Bedienung war nicht gut, Pizza gab es überhaupt keine mehr, was vor allem die Kinder enttäuschte. Das Carpaccio war zäh und der Fisch war geschmacklos und nicht der, der angeboten wurde. Man muss aber erwähnen, dass der Koch sich aufrichtig entschuldigt hat. Ein italienischer Koch kann eben nur seine Pizza und Pasta gut. Wir werden voraussichtlich nicht mehr kommen.

Zeer leuke boerderijwoning
Reviewed By Chris PWij zaten in een oude boerderij die naast de appartementen lag. We waren met zijn 5en maar de boerderij bood eigenlijk plek voor 7. Leuke huiskamer waar ook nog 2 mensen kunnen liggen. Twee kamers waar in 1 4 mensen konden slapen en in de ander 3. Er liepen ook boerderijbeesten rond zoals geiten, schapen. Er was zelfs een nest kittens. De kids waren helemaal blij. En wij dus ook.
