Salento enchanting place
Reviewed By elechtenThe hotel has a very good location, rooms are spacious with private bath rooms. Breakfast is included however the quality of their breakfast items could improve same for their staff. I had a unpleasant experience when I needed an extra blanket and the one that was in my room when I opened it smelled to sweat and dirt. The staff person agreed with me that was not clean, apologized and immediately brought me a clean one. I just hope that the rooms and linen are properly handle according to the Health Department.

Recomiendo limpiar mas el agua de la piscina. La comida muy buena y buena porción. Los cuartos muy limpios y ordenados. Recomendado 100%

Absolutely lovely stay
Reviewed By ManonV883On our trip to Colombia last October we decided to stop in Salento. Best decision! we couldn't have had a better stay in La Caracola. Very warm and relaxed welcome from the owner, beautiful rooms and patio and amazing breakfast. It was so comfortable, We felt at home :)

Reviewed By 567tobiaskWe booked a double room with 2 single beds. At 11:00PM aircon from supermarket next to us started and sleeping wasn't possible anymore. We asked the manager and he gave us 2 single bed rooms on the other side without extra charge immediately. All rooms and area are superclean and breakfast inkl as well
