And the best part are those Cultural immersion workshop for guests. LOVE IT!! highly recommended. :)

Reviewed By V1933QPhelenmA great hotel with clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. All rooms have a beautiful terrace that overlooks the sea and the Sierra Nevada mountains. The hotel’s restaurant I highly recommend as the food was delicious and they also have local dishes from the region. We had a wonderful time and all the staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. They recommended us a few day trips to learn more about La Guajira and its culture. We highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely come back again. Special thank you to Miguel the owner and Rocio the administrator for making our time in Colombia such a memorable experience. We wish you all the best and we hope to be back soon.

Villa trinidad es un espacio tranquilo y apacible, diseñado para el descanso y el disfrute de nuestros huéspedes, nuestra ubicación es excelente, pues estamos a 600mts a pie de la playa y a 300mts del casco urbano de Palomino por lo cual estamos cerca de restaurantes, minimercados y tiendas de compras. En el precio esta incluido desayuno para cada uno de los huéspedes durante su estadía. Las habitaciones son independientes, con baño privado, aire acondicionado, wifi y televisión por cable. Tenemos piscina, cocina comunal, zonas de descanso, mesa de ping pong y juegos de mesa sin cargo adicional.

La comida espectacular, la atención al detalle, las habitaciones frescas y cómodas, la piscina deliciosa. Vuelvo en Enero porque sentí que este lugar me recargó energías, recomendado para personas que quieran tomar un respiro de la civilización.

Reviewed By CedricV73Palomino, is het dorpje langs de Caraïbische kust, klein gezellig en vree chillax! We verbleven de eerste 2 nachten bij Kallpa B&B en het is zeer aangenaam, heel proper en super lekker eten. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen en de de staff is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Veel mensen kwamen er gewoon iets eten zonder er te verblijven. Het is niet ver gelegen van het strand en de Rio Palomino. Echt een zalige plek om te vertoeven, leuke tuin, mooi en netjes ingerichte overdekt terras waar je kunt eten en gezellige aangename kamers met eigen badkamers. Hier zouden we zeker terug komen!

El propietario del lugar ha intentado aprovecharse y cobrar por encima de la tarifa expuesta a través de Booking.com, ha sido grosero y ha enviado audios ofensivos. Es una persona con poco profesionalismo y servicio al cliente. Pará ser una persona extranjera que se está lucrando en un país extraño al suyo donde se le han abierto las puertas, parece déspota y abusivo. Yo también soy extranjero pero considero que hay que tratar mejor a las personas y no querer sacar partido y por sobre todo ser más respetuoso. Les sugiero buscar otros lugares, hay mucha oferta en Palomino con mejor servicio al clientes de antemano. Agradezco que devolvió nuestro dinero sin solicitud pero fue un trato muy grosero, intolerante y prepotente. Pueden solicitarme los audios que la persona me ha enviado donde se denota su trato irrespetuoso escribiendo a [email protected]

Worst service of my life travelling

First we booked 30 days in a row because we wanted to have a long stay working ther because the pictures look good and they promissed that they had pretty decent internet so we agreed a price. During our stay we retracted and decided to stay just 1 week so we did not pay the rest for the whole month, we just hold and requested them to re calculate the new dates... Basically we detected many problems there, the internet is very poor, the place was constructed on a swamp and they take the water using their own water well using a motor pump... somehow the construction went really bad and there is an awful smell in the handwash and the shower. There are many mosquitos as you located just on their swamp, during the covid 19 none of the staff there in the kitchen, reception or owners used face mask. But the wors thing of the stay was to deal with the owners. We thought that the price increase per night was very high and also told them about all the problems we identified. We felt cheated and expressed directly to Angie in a message, when we returned to the hotel, Jaime confronted us telling that he was going to call the police because he did not wanted to be forced to use his hands, he also step aprox 30 cm from us yelling and threatening. We did not want to ruin our vacations so we apologized if we had offended them and agreed that they would re check the price. After our discussion they increased even more the price per night and constantly contacted us when we were in the beach saying that we had to talk in the reception over and over again. Finally we just wanted to get out of the place and payed whatever they said. We evidenced that they dont have a minimum concept of customer service and We would not recommend any person to visit this place.
