Reviewed By ryanmcintyre265This is a great hotel, albeit it’s out the way. The walk to the main bay is actually a really nice walk, there are a few coffee houses on the way if that’s your thing. We were here in December and they had the Christmas decorations up, they were very tasteful and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helped us book a Grab to the airport. The room was nice enough, although you might end up with a adjoining door to another room so be aware of that.

The room is big enough and fully furnitured with smart tv, etc. The hotel is 500m to the beach. However, this is not the centre of the city so you need to drive abt 10km to discover the whole city and food

The maintenance and services in this hotel is poor.
Reviewed By avernnSpacious room but when entering the room, there is a strong musty smell. The rooms were dusty and the sheets were dirty with blood stains on the sheets. Water heater went off halfway. I’m glad to check out the next day.

Lovely rooms, comfy bed, great staff
Reviewed By ClaireSBearOur group of 26 people stayed here for two nights, one one on either side of our wedding which was aboard a boat in Ha Long Bay. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were just AMAZING. As a big group we were often getting lost, needing cash machines, taxis etc. etc. and the everyone at the villas were so helpful and went beyond expectation every time. Giving us directions, keeping us right, helping us book transport... just everything. I can’t thank them enough for how they looked after us during our stay. On returning from the boat the staff had decorated our room with ‘just married’ petals, which was unexpected and very sweet. The hotel is new and the rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfy too. I was booking for so many people and there were certain requirements for room accessibility, some people checking out early etc. but the communication with the hotel was really easy and everything was perfect on our arrival. The area is quieter but there are a few shops/places to eat nearby. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Halong. Thank you so much!!

Reviewed By akssimDo not go there. The owner barely speaks English and takes it to its advantages to let you pay more... The communication is very bad, a real issue, here. This area is not a good idea to have a stop during your trip. All amenities and services provided by people are bad and they just want to take as much as they can from you. This will get in trouble and very late if you have a schedule to follow ... It was the worst yet in Vietnam....

Reviewed By Christina THôtel plutôt correct, situé dans une zone où vous pourrez facilement trouver des restaurants locaux à proximité. Le gros point négatif, le karaoké collé à l'hôtel. Évitez les chambres qui donnent côté karaoké, car elles sont très bruyantes. D'ailleurs, la réceptionniste n'a pas voulu nous changer de chambres le soir même, il fallait attendre le lendemain et insister pour qu'on nous change de chambre. Les chambres sont bien équipées mais plus ou moins propres. Dans notre placard, il restait encore des vêtements de clients précédents ! Difficile de pouvoir communiquer avec le personnel de l'hôtel, un anglais presque approximatifs encore je pense que l'interlocutrice ne travaillait pas à l'hôtel. Bref, convenant pour un court séjour de passage !
