Istimewanya, hotel ini terintegrasi dengan Alfamart, jadi ada pintu khusus untuk tamu yang mau berbelanja. Kamar cukup nyaman dengan fasilitas TV, AC, WIFI dan shower yg berfungsi normal. So far so good untuk tempat menginap murah di tengah kota.

Breakfast just peanut sauced rice over veggies..no eggs, no shredded meat..Small towels for shower that is not even water absorbent....very very dissapointed. At Rp700k/night? Ha..ha..

Reviewed By LinaMartana0809Snooze Banyuwangi was AWESOME! I had a pleasant experience during my 2 nights staying here for a friend's wedding. The decoration mostly using rattan and bamboo, made the entire house felt homey and cozy. The staffs were so friendly and very helpful, so kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend you guys to at least give a try staying here if you happen to visit Banyuwangi.

My room and common area are clean and bed was comfortable. Location is walking distance to Malang City Point Mall. Flat screen television, open space wardrobe, table/chair and good space to move around the room. Shower room needs a bit of maintenance but serves its function. There were free flow of tea, water, coffee, chocolate waffles and some spicy corn snack. Staff were great and very helpful. I had some issue registering the local SIM card and staff went the extra mile to help.

Reviewed By LauraiRafaFor the same price we had better rooms in other hotels! We wouldn't recommend it and we wouldn't stay it again. First of all, we were calling them because on internet we found two different addresses and we wanted to be sure which was the correct one, but although we phoned them several times nobody answered the phone and neither answered or emails. When we arrived, they didn't know anything about our booking. The room and bathroom were old and awful, we didn't like it at all! We could only choose between noodles and rice for breakfast and it was served in our room (is there any place to have breakfast instead sitting down on the bed?!). The wifi didn’t worked, and moreover the staff didn't have NO IDEA of english, so it was impossible to communicate with them.

Reviewed By DavidMichael10Been here for the first time with my family. So far I just heard about this place from friends who have visited this hotel. We got 3 villas, each villa consists of 2 rooms. Very spacious, clean and tidy, good housekeeping and well maintained. The breakfast was delivered to our villas due to pandemic, but I would like to say it was awesome service. We got hotspring water pool in our villa, great!!! Will be back for sure, I like the vibes in this hotel..

Toilet also very clean. I got very good sleep with a very good price. The Lobby hotel also functionalized as travel agent office. worth with price. recommended.
