Refurbished in July 2020, this relaxing space has excellent teaching, Our teachers are specialists, so you know that if you choose a style the teacher will be an expert in that style. Emma is one of the few John Scott trained Ashtanga yoga teachers in the north west, Alison is one of the few Sarah Powers trained Yin yoga teachers in the north west. Our Soundbaths and meditation therapy are delivered by a BAST qualified sound therapist as are our pain-relieving Himalayan Bowl massage and our massage therapists are highly regarded. We have a superb workplace wellness and workplace yoga programme and we also regularly host international yoga teachers and classes for teachers.

My daughter and I visited here today for the first time for the monthly special which was a hot stone back massage and a facial. It was so relaxing. The lady on reception was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The treatment bed is very comfy, the music is relaxing and we both really enjoyed the massage with Michaela and the facial. Particularly liked the fact you got an arm, hand and head massage while the face pack was on. We both felt very relaxed afterwards. We would recommend.

I’ve been telling myself I didn’t have time for things like this for so long ... and it was true. Then, as soon as I said I did have time ... that became true! I had a float first, which was really strange but easy to let your mind wander after getting used to the weightlessness. After that, I had a great massage from Jess who very kindly took the time to show me some great stretches to do after the session. It was so enjoyable, that I booked my wife in the following week, as I know it’ll be exactly what she needs. It’s a very chilled, calm and relaxing place and we’re very lucky to have this in Lancaster.
