I practically had to drag my wife here in December when we were staying in Lucerne - the last thing she wanted to do in a Swiss winter was swim. Luckily she quickly became a convert! The centre has the well appointed facilities including spacious change rooms, heated floors, hair dryers etc. the locker hire to store all your belongings (free), the two pools are large and most importantly, are connected to the pool outside which is also heated with spectacular views over the Swiss alps. The only advice I would give is to bring your own towel and or/bath robe as you have to pay to hire these things if you don’t. All in all an unreal and unique winter experience!
