Herceg Novi (Montenegrin Cyrillic: Херцег Нови; pronounced [xěrtseɡ nôʋiː]) is a coastal town in Montenegro located at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor and at the foot of Mount Orjen. It is the administrative center of the Herceg Novi Municipality with around 33,000 inhabitants. Herceg Novi was known as Castelnuovo ("New castle" in Italian) between 1482 and 1797, when it was part of Ottoman Empire and the Albania Veneta of the Republic of Venice. It was a Catholic bishopric and remains a Latin titular see as Novi. Herceg Novi has had a turbulent past, despite being one of the youngest settlements on the Adriatic. A history of varied occupations has created a blend of diverse and picturesque architectural style in the city.

There were two of us on this tour with Mladen, mother and daughter. We both had such a wonderful trip. I don't think you will find another guide that would create a trip so enjoyable. We were afraid that in these days of Covid that we would have to cancel all of our plans, but Mladin was creative and resourceful and have us a once in a lifetime tour that we will never forget. We really felt that we saw the real Montenegro. It was wonderful. He was friendly, spoke English very well, and was funny (kind of) that's an inside joke. We would highly recommend any tour he gives.

We did 3 hour tour with KBT crew and it was perfect. Boats are new, crew is in good mood and they are so funny. It was awesome. You must do this tour while in Kotor.

Found this company by luck and what an EXCELLENT find it was. After a quick chat on the kind of things we like and the places we wanted to visit these guys soon worked out an achievable full day (8am to 9pm) private tour and price. Everything was confirmed via email and the itinerary was perfect along with flexibility from the driver. They did all the arrangements and covered all the fees in the price so we could sit back and relax. A drive around the bay and through Kotor onto Lovcen amazing drive up through the national park (thank god we didn't try and drive that one!) the mausoleum and views over the mountains. Cetinje full English speaking tour of the palace. Skadar a private boat tour with a local tour guide (Niko) who was amazing and a drive back via Budva to check out if we might want to visit it in more detail. FANTASTIC TRIP, SERVICE and PRICE have already recommended them to guests at our hotel and friends considering visiting gorgeous Montenegro

Our experience will start from Kotor Old Town, or another wished pick up place in Kotor Bay (Kotor, Muo, Prčanj,Stoliv,Dobrota), where speedboat can dock. You will enjoy in 20 minutes panorama ride, with overview on small Boka Bay villages with charming palaces, houses, churches, and beautiful contrast between sea and mountains. After our first stop, Our Lady of the Rock Island we will pass narrowest part of Boka Bay, Verige, you will enjoy in panorama on Lepetani, Bijela, Luštica semi island, small island Mamula and arrive in Blue Cave. You will have 15 minutes for swimming or just taking photos of turquoise blue sea inside of the Blue Cave. Luštica bay is perfect place to take long walk, or to take coffee, and Rose Village to get rest and enjoy on the beach. On our way back you will have 5 min stop in old submarine tunnel.

The beauty of Montenegro lies in the fact that everything is reachable, from the sea to the mountains. And so it was, for my friends and myself with a very skilled guidance of Montenegro Style crew. I went with my 5 friends for the excursion Gems off the Bay. We visited Mamula and Blue Cave, Arza and Lustica Peninsula, we were delighted with the beauty of Boka Kotorska Bay... Our skipper was Petar, very nice, smiling and professional young man who made our trip unforgetable :) We truly enjoyed in swimming in Blue Cave (although the water was veeeery cold :)) and Rose, Lustica was a great surprise for us. Thanks to our skipper Petar and his crew, they made awesome tour for us :)
