Borgot lighthouse is a beautiful sunset spot and one of the most popular on the islands. It sits at the edge of a cape, hovering over red-sandstone cliffs and overlooking the Gulf of St-Lawrence. The occasional seal can be spotted swimming to a nearby beach to rest after eating and it's great for bird-watching. Right beside the Borgot lighthouse is a cute little beach that almost seems hidden, but it's right to the left of the parking of the lighthouse. Obviously, it's free as there's no kiosk to enter the grounds of the lighthouse and no bathrooms. You pretty much just park and enjoy the view!

The lighthouse has the great quality of being a free of charge attraction so I would recommend a quick stop here for pictures. Also, great spot for a picnic and there are a few information panel on the property. Great site if there is some fog that day as seen in my pictures.

This beautiful vista is an epic sunrise location! Located in Ile du Havre aux Maisons, the sun rises directly adjacent to the lighthouse and illuminates the skies with pinkish and orange tones. There's a beach below the lighthouse which is easily accessible by a set of stairs. The whole area is free to access and both the beach and lighthouse have respective parking areas. They're both free of charge but the view is definitely worth the visit! There's a wooden fence at the parking area of the lighthouse and it's not recommended to trespass as you're stepping onto private property - everybody does it, but, you've now been warned! A MUST visit! Highly suggest going for sunrise, you'll most probably be alone to soak it all up!

Situated in the village of Old Harry, the CAMI Historical Heritage Site is the heart of the community’s culture and heritage. The complex consists of 2 museums; The Little Red School House Museum, (so, don’t be late for class!), the Veteran’s Museum and a Memorial Park. You can visit the newly renovated museums, take a guided tour or do a self-guided tour using new audio and visual technology. At the site, you will also find a variety of activities all summer long that highlight our community’s unique culture and history, such as traditional workshops, local musical performances, and much more. Check out the Little Red School House and Veterans Museum!
