10 Scavenger Hunts in Berlin That You Shouldn't Miss

September 16, 2021 Esmeralda Fenner

Berlin is an edgy city, from its fashion to its architecture to its charged political history. The Berlin Wall is a sobering reminder of the hyper-charged postwar atmosphere, and yet the graffiti art that now covers its remnants has become symbolic of social progress. Check out the Weltzeituhr (world time) Clock, topped by a model of the solar system, then turn back time by dining at the historic Zur Letzten Instanz, a 16th century restaurant that was frequented by Napoleon and Beethoven.

Urban Challenger Rally

Urban Challenger is all about exploring the city in a playful way. At our Berlin Kreuzberg Rally people get together, we form teams which then try to complete as many of our urban challenges as possible - because exploring the city is much more fun if you have a mission! We start the Urban Challenger Rally on Sunday at 2 pm at Chocolateria Sünde in Kreuzberg. Make sure to reserve a spot on our website. You will discover many different sides of Kreuzberg with challenges from these categories: Explorer, Foodie, Time Traveler, Nature Lover, Artist & Connector. For the Rally we will use the App "Urban Challenger Rally". Also charge your phones - you'll have to take pictures.

Hi, I'm a native Berliner, know and love my city like no other. I started the Comfort Zone Challenges Meetup last year, as I've been personally involved with the theme of getting out of your social comfort zone and into social interaction for many years, looking for like-minded people.
