Reviewed By helenab160It’s a wonderful location, good food, and the structure is great. Nice gardens and pools, great place for children. The staff was kind and there are places for people who like a more relaxed place and also for those who want activities. However the rooms need some care. I am allergic and there was a lot of smell of mold.

Por ser muito nova ainda tem coisas a serem aperfeiçoadas, mas os funcionários são muito dedicados para que a gente se sinta bem acolhido . Pontos positivos : café da manhã (com o capricho de Driele, Jane e Patrícia ) jantar (feito deliciosamente por seu Nildo e Bel), recepção de Bruna , piscina maravilhosa , toalhas de excelente qualidade , ar condicionado potente nos quartos . Pontos negativos : lençóis descombinados, tv só canais aberto , horário do café (7:30 as 9:30) e todos acordam as 5 por causa do sol que entra no quarto . Chuveiro bem fraco e falta cobertura para os carros que ficam do lado de fora no sol . Vamos voltar para assistir as melhorias prometidas , porque vale a pena ficar no paraíso do sossego e ser bem tratado por uma equipe tão meiga ! Recomendo !

It's been memorable for everyone including my 1 year old son & 3 year old daughter.....Thanks to Renne for the attentive care & ofcourse, all the staff were full of energy & happy to help.....but Renne was Renne...he would respond to every question & go the extra mile. He knew we spoke very little portuguese. Salinas is a new home for my family...we will definitely come back here!

Best option in Alagoas area; high luxury by Brasilian standards
Reviewed By SM1980When you arrive in Kenoa, the front doors do not do tell you what a neat little boutique resort lie inside. It is not Asian style standards and service, but arguably, one of the gems in Brasil. It is small, and so do not expect too many amenities. Also, the common areas can seem a bit crowded if the hotel is full as it does not have enough space for everyone to lounge around the common swimming pool. Additionally, the constant Instagram "stars" can get quite annoying / amusing after a while. Finally, the spa is totally overrated with the therapists not quite trained by any global standards. However, what saves Kenoa, is definitely the individual rooms. Trust me, and pay the premium and stay in one of the rooms with the individual pools, leading to the beach. The private heated infinity pools are a delight, and the view of the beach and the infinite ocean cannot be beaten. Additionally, the seclusion of the beach makes the entire experience incredibly serene and worth every penny.

Poor food quality and service
Reviewed By mnicolau7If you read other reviews I guess it's pretty clear by now that the food and overall service are pretty poor in this place. The "all inclusive" selling point is a big charade. Cheap drinks and limited bar service guarantees you're not gonna drive up their costs. Besides breakfast, lunch and dinner, food is practically non-existant. As for the room, we didn't have hot water for 3 days. Even though we had a little baby with us and complained several times, we were only relocated after 3 days... Finally, not having internet service im most areas is a big joke... It's the 21st century guys, c'mon... I bet they'll reply to this review thanking me for the feedback and assuring they'll take it into consideration for the future. Reality is they won't do anything. The beach is beautiful and demand is high so they couldn't care less. For the amount of money you'll pay, I bet you can find something better.
