It is easily my favourite resort on Nusa Lembongan. We were totally spoilt by the staff with buggy rides up the hill when we were lazy and a lovely romantic dinner with rose petals and candles. Since my last trip they have added a new spa which was excellent, a gym and a new lap pool higher up the hill. Also new - a Pontoon bar floating in the bay (not affiliated to the hotel) just by the nearest surf break which adds a new place to hang out.

Reviewed By whitefish1This hotel sits 10 minutes from the harbor where most speed boats arrive and is located perfectly for road trips to the major tourist sights on the island. Also, within 10 minute walking distance you'll find a beach ideal for snorkeling. The staff was super firnedly. No passport check required. At one time there was a problem with the WIFI, the staff let us use the data from her cell phone. That is outstanding service. The hotel is very quiet and offers spacious rooms. As for the cons, there is no fridge in the room and WIFI can be unrealiable at times. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice pool and sunbeds, you can enjoy there with a cold beer. Average breakfast. But the rooms, don’t expect too much, a little bit smelly and the typical little bathroom with a cold (but not frozen)shower. If rains be careful with leaks in the rooms upstairs. Anyway you‘ll be ok for a couple of nights here, the island has a lot of things to do, so you’ll be in the hotel just for sleep.

I appreciated comfort and cleanness of the room. it was very convenient for me to join diving center but a bit from bars and restaurants, a scooter is needed.

Overpriced
Reviewed By gill1312This place is advertised on Booking.com as Crystal Bay Villas and Residence which doesn’t exist. My husband and I arrived at the address and a staff member said ‘same place as Crystal Bay’. They had our names and booking and explained that they had new management and now called Astiti. They insisted that we paid 3 nights in advance, which we did. We later searched online and found prices for Astiti to be far less than we had paid. Booking.com responded by providing partial refund. In terms of our experience; The menu is quite limited as is the choice of alcoholic drinks (beer or beer), even though the menu offers wine, gin, whiskey. I was told that they weren’t available so asked if they could get some gin for the following night. The reply was simply ‘no’. No explanation. We ate elsewhere for the other two nights and enjoyed cocktails so I can’t see any reason why they couldn’t have provided more choice. The Astiti calls itself a spa- not true, no sign of any spa. Like most hotels in that area they have a spa menu in the bedroom and if you want anything they telephone someone from the local village. No water provided in the room and no comfy chairs for the terrace outside the room. The rooms are spacious with large bathroom with a bath, not a hot tub, as advertised. There are no robes/slippers or hair dryer, also as advertised. In the surrounding area there is a lot of building work going on (like most of the island).
