Reviewed By Catrabbit1980We chose this hotel for its location, only 5 minutes away by car (30 min by foot) to Vardzia Cave City in order to visit it as soon as it opens (at 10 am). I wouldn't really call this a resort as there is just a spa and 2 swimming pools and nothing else but we weren't there for that anyway. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are great and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The TV didn't work but we didn't mention it because we were just there for one night. I would suggest adding a recycling bin and installing refillable shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom, so much waste generated from the small disposable bottles... Breakfast was strange. Due to COVID I presume, the staff prepares your plate for you. That is perfectly understandable. However, being told that having a cappuccino would cost extra is unacceptable in a hotel which costs $100 a night (in Georgia !). Same thing was told to the gentleman who wanted an americano. And the machine was right there ! It's really a matter of being cheap and that's too bad and the reason why I will not give a 5 star review. The food at the restaurant was very good but service was a bit slow.

Restaurant's and the kitchen's whole stuff helped us for my best friend's Bachelorette party to be perfect. Food and beverage, were all delicios. Special thanks to Georgian-Italian restaurant's waitress Mariam, Giorgi, Givi, Bar manager - Gia,also ilia, mindia, sofo and "Mr. pizza - yifiani" for delicious pizza. Thank you guys for those unbelievable emotions you gave us ? Our rooms were on the river side and the view was just stunning. Rooms were clean an comfortable. From the begining till the end everything was awesome. You rock ??

Reviewed By mkireevaWe visited Tsar Bani with company of 3. Booked bani for 2 hours. Inside everything are proper done, wood , shower, exit to a small private terrace. It's great activity to do, healthy and interesting, especially if you haven't done it before. Staff was very professional.Big thank you to Alexander and Vladimir! Well done guys! Definitely recommended!

All-inclusive park-hotel Gora Tsarya Bagrata (or Mountain of King Bagrat) or Gora Bagrata in short is a renovated former tourist base 'Cheluskinets' which was known all over the USSR and Socialist countries. It is located at the base of Bagrat’s Mountain which overlooks Sukhum and where the ruins of King Bagrat’s Castle attract crowds of tourists. It opened in 2013. Kids 1-5 y.o. are at no charge.
A very simple yet lovely hotel
Reviewed By Ammr KThe hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the center of Sukhum. There are some nearby small shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very welcoming environment and is usually quiet except for the bar area. At the center of the hotel there is a very nice garden with some seats and hammocks. The rooms are clean and well designed. There is a heated swimming pool and a restaurant. The only thing missing was the shampoo. Oh and you can explore the abandoned house (now part of the forest) at the top of the hotel.

Very good for Pitsunda
Reviewed By kera1988There is some choice of hotels in Pitsunda, but only several of them is really worth staying. So Samshitovaya roscha is one of them. Large and beautiful building in the center of picturesque and green territory. Average clean rooms, breathtaking views from the balcony. Has it's own beach, nice cafes with average food. Minuses : 1. Breakfast. Not so good and not so fresh breakfast is a common problem in Abkhazian hotels. You can do better! 2. The hotel located far enough from the city center and there some things to see and to do.

Reviewed By P2253TT_Хороший, уютный, чистый номер. Есть кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник. Номер с балконом, вид на море и горы. Персонал весь очень приветливый. Питание как домашняя кухня, просто, но вкусно. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Рядом в 10минутах ходьбы магазин. Пляж галька. Очень чистое море. Прилегающая территория отеля с разной красивой растительностью, где можно пофотографироваться. Мы остались очень довольны.

Reviewed By Polina08031980Прекрасный дом отдыха Челюскинцев! Большое спасибо за наш отдых! Правда отдыхали мы в 2020 г в сентябре. Про отель. Все чисто, ухожено, новые номера ( мы были в новом корпусе), все работает. Отдыхали в номере 613 студия, вид на горы и 6 этаж, супер. В столовой и отеле чисто, не придраться. Спасибо нашей уборщице на 6 этаже, очень милая женщина. Не надо было ни о чем просить, она все знала. Ресепшн девочки отзывчивые. Работники нашей столовой очень приветливы.Вайфай на всей территории и на пляже хороший. Пляж чистый, лежаки были в любой момент, вот с зонтами, а их меньше, не всем везло. Нам были зонты не нужны. Ресторан Краб. Все вкусно, вежливо. Цены дешевле, чем в Подмосковье, но может кому и дороговато, но все вкусно. Спасибо официантам. Минусы для нас и это не к отелю. За пределами отеля пойти некуда, магазинов практически ноль. Не хватало инфраструктуры. Разруха напрягала, не скрою, но тут претензия чисто эстетическая. Кстати, у отеля почти все отдыхающие, отдыхают 3,5,7 раз там. Это о многом говорит. Континент семьи с маленькими детьми и люди за 50 в основном. Я ездила с мамой и сыном.Все довольны. Отелю желаем и дальше держать марку!
