Spring 2005, La Distillerie No.1 first saw the day in Montreal, at the corner of Ontario and Sanguinet streets, in the heart of the vibrant Latin Quarter. Founded on a unique concept with the help of a passionate team, La Distillerie sought to introduce its guests to the universe of cocktails. In order to reach more people, we opened two more establishments on the Plateau Mont-Royal and in Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie. We aim to serve a high-quality product in a cozy and convivial atmosphere. Beyond preparing and serving cocktails, we want to create spaces where people can come together and connect, and where you can feel good regardless of your age, where you're from, and whether you've chosen to wear your jogging pants or your bowtie to go out. One of my top 3 bars in Montreal (have been in many bars in the city). Neat decoration. Relaxing environment. Friendly staff (and bilingual). Amazing cocktails and drinks menu (They also have wine and beers). Some of the best mixologists of QC (and maybe Canada). Authentic Speakeasy (Prohibition - Gatsby style) experience. A must go, on your own or with your friends, every time i brought friends visiting from other cities they enjoyed the place and the drinks.
