Great place to go for a walk. Beautiful view point and place was very clean. Lots of things to do at the site.

Lovely hiking trails up both sides of the river. Lots of places to stop and relax and although it often feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere, you are actually never very far from somewhere. When we were teenagers we used to party "back bush" along these trails. It's neat to see that some people still carry on that tradition.

Dedicated to the author who wrote the book and also lived in Meaford, this is a delightful little park. Honouring those service dogs who help us through life there are a number of memorials. We were also touched by the walls of remembrance to beloved pets. Such a nice little discovery.

Beautiful park on Georgian Bay. Washroom facilities and lots of picnic tables. Great place to spend on hot day wading in Georgian Bay.
