Reviewed By margretta2022Stayed here for 2 nights over the Queens birthday weekend. We find the owners very nice and accomodating. The unit we stayed in is clean and very spacious for 5 adults. The location is great and is easy to find (a 3-minute drive to the Thermal Pools). Highly recommended and will stay here again!

What a great surprise
Reviewed By DavemcwnzMy wife and I decided to stay at this accommodation based on a random search online. We had no expectations but when we arrived we were captivated by the place. The birdsong is amazing. We were going to have dinner at a local place but we decided to use the bbq that came with the chalet because of how great we felt being at The Rocks. The chalet is so private and spacious. The bed was great. We liked how they had everything necessary in the kitchen. The attention to detail is inspiring. I have taken lots of photos including the 50m walk to a grotto to see glow worms. These will be shared with friends

The owners are very friendly and accomodating, they went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Very Clean and tidy, the only down fall for me was the mattress was not to my liking but that just me, other people will find it very comfortable. We can recommend this place for a short stay. Thanks for having us.

Reviewed By Ethan RWe stayed with Alpine Springs Motel for a couple of nights to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a fantastic place to relax! While the main town in Hanmer springs was busy, alpine springs provided the perfect area to head back and enjoy the peaceful environment. We walked into town which only took 15 minutes so a perfect distance from town. Stunning views of the mountain from our room and the unit was really well set up for what we needed. The spa room was worth booking as well! Amazing to relax in that after a long day exploring. Our hosts were amazing people and very accomodating! We also really loved the two golden retrievers that live there. They were a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this accomodation to those coming to stay in Hanmer Springs.

Reviewed By oldtrampersWe booked this property through Booking.com. To say the advertising is misleading is an understatement. The photo does not portray the room in its real sense. It is advertised as spacious but a room 4mx4m that includes the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and dining is hardly spacious. It is totally basic and should be called a backpackers. We canceled without paying over any money but have been charged the full amount. Disgraceful!

Whether you are passing through or spending time in the Village and surrounds, we want your stay with us to be relaxing and refreshing. All of our units are spacious, each with a sunny veranda and a lovely garden view. Only a 5 minute stroll to all that the Village has on offer - the Thermal Pools, cafes and great restaurants. Our complex is comprised of 4 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units and 3 studio units, all of which are serviced daily. We have free Wi-Fi and free towels for use at the thermal pools.

Reviewed By ChapadoI stayed two nights in this very nice motel. The one bedroom unit was very clean, comfortable en warm and had everything you could wish for. Lots of parking space available. The location is great with only a few minutes walking distance to the pools and shops/restaurants. The host was very kind en helpful (thank you Katie :) ) I would certainly recommend and book again.

Reviewed By 502samanthatStayed in the two bedroom family unit. Absolutely perfect for us four, decent kitchen, big shower, very clean. Cute swing set out the back. Shower pressure nothing to write home about, and the bed was a bit too hard for my liking that’s all. Kids had no complaints and slept really well! Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
