Reviewed By T5941ACanamLa atención es muy buena por parte del señor cesar, quién es tratado como esclavo por parte de la administradora, los años son desastrozos,nos bajaron los tacos de la habitación dos días seguidos, quedamos sin ventiladores, con niños muy pequeños, olores desagradables en los baños, salí corriendo lo más pronto posible.

Amazing Spot, Great Value, Stellar Attention
Reviewed By solabaresThis is a private reserve. They have short hiking/walking trails, ducks, geese, hummingbirds, two dogs, a cat, and some fish. They also have a wonderful variety of plants and flowers. It's not a botanic garden; it's more of an educational center for orchids. The staff is warm and helpful. We were here with an infant and a 5-year-old boy. They allowed my sons to feed the animals, which they loved. They also went out of their way to offer us breakfast away from the main dining area in a garden space that was gorgeous. The cabin we stayed in was spacious and had comfortable beds. For 120.000 pesos for two adults, including breakfast, your expectations need to be in check with the price. It included a large bathroom with hot water in the shower, a master bedroom, and a spacious living room with two single beds. It was surrounded by green. The breakfast was delicious. Eggs to your liking, arepas, bread, fresh fruit salad, fresh fruit, hot chocolate or coffee. My wife particularly liked the scrambled eggs with onion and tomato. She is Colombian, and she said it was among the best she's ever eaten. We will definitely return as the boys grow up, as they will enjoy different aspects at different ages. Diva was a patient and informative guide who led a truly interactive walk around the property.

Buena ubicación en el centro y seguro
Reviewed By opolaniaEstuve una noche en el hotel y me pareció seguro, limpio, con buena atención del personal, TV LCD con cable, WIFI, baño privado y ventilador. La relación Costo/Beneficio fue alta. Lo recomiendo para un viaje de negocios o una estadia corta. Tiene todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes en los alrededores. Cerca del Terminal de pasajeros. Me costo $35.000 la noche cuando el promedio es de $45.000.

Reviewed By Carlos RUn hotel sucio, viejo. Las fotos nada que ver con la realidad. La piscina es pequeña, sucia y con movilidad limitada. El fondo de la piscina permanece lleno de arena y una parvada permanente de Palomas que habitan en lo alto del hotel depositan en ella sus plumas y heces. Que asco. Sólo pasamos una noche y juramos nunca más regresar. Eso sí, al personal se le reconoce la amabilidad.

Reviewed By Yulieth GQuiero destacar la atención de la sra. Nancy y su esposo demasiado amables y la comida muy rica. En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel no fue la mejor experiencia se ve deteriorado, los pisos y la entrada son desagradables la primera impresión es de no querer estar ahí. Nos quedamos en la habitación mas grande y la mejor que había en el sitio por que las miramos todas pero el aire acondicionado es pequeño para la habitación, la baldosa de la ducha esta oxidada o manchada desagradable. En mi opinión no vuelvo al sitio las fotos que publican son de los únicos pasillos en buen estado que tiene el hotel, lo demás es desagradable en el deterioro de la pared, la humedad y ni siquiera hay un espacio donde se pueda escuchar música.
