Friendly owner but the accommodation is terrible
Reviewed By chistorraAfter staying three nights in Los Cerezos in Bariloche this place was very disappointing. The apartment was old, shabby and uncared for. The cooker had knobs missing, taps had heads missing, beds were old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was terrible. During the 3 days we stayed it not cleaned at all and very expensive for such bad quality. I am sure that in western Europe this place would not pass standards. The owner on the other hand was very friendly!

Reviewed By Netty2010The hosts of Kurtem Lodge are super friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. The two bedroom units are fabulous and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can walk to twon from Kurtem Lodge. The lodge is a little hard to find because it needs signage on the streets directing you there, but once there you don't want to leave! Beautiful town too :)

Reviewed By Javier MExcelentes instalaciones, cabañas super completas y una ubicación inmejorable. La salida al lago Moreno sumado a la extensión del complejo lo convierten en algo es extraordinario. Ideal para ir en familia (fuimos con nenes de 5, 3 y 1). Parrafo aparte para Enzo y Gisela. Su atención no podría ser mejor. Siempre predispuestos y atentos a todo. Volvería cada año sin pensarlo.

Reviewed By alfrexsThis place is gorgeous, I went with my family and friends in winter and we rent a nice and well done wood cabin, is really close to cerro catedral, the first thing I find excellent was the stunning views of the snowy mountains! They have a place called quincho or something like that is a sort of restaurant the serve breakfast, and also they have a heated pool, the food is really good the place is nice, is no too close to San Carlos, but in the promises you can find a grocery store and other several places ant the sky complex of cerro catedral is about 10 min walk, so I highly recommend this place

Terrible food in a nice place.
Reviewed By arizonenseIt is far from downtown. You will need a taxi or buy a bus pass, busses don't accept cash. Taking taxis could be at the end little pricey. The place is nice and clean but never ever ask for food there. You will be very disappointed, overpriced food and with no taste. Ah. There is no place nearby the hotel to eat. So, We won't recommend this place if you don't have a car.

Private Tour - Good Value with Desert Tracker owner
Reviewed By Travel6592While stranded in "off season" Las Grutas Patagonia recently we discovered one bright light: we were introduced to the owner of Desert tracker tours and he immediately arranged a private tour in his 4-wheel vehicle to remote beach locations of interest - and cooked us an excellent lunch on the beach. The cost was nominal and his extensive knowledge (and good English) made it a most enjoyable day for two old ladies with limited mobility. We'd definitely call on him for any touring in that region. It was a 5-star experience.
